Had to attend a mu h needed and informative community meeting, so this is a few hours old. I know some of you don't eat pork and that's fine. I gotta tell you though this was SOOOO good. I asked Nu what she wanted for her birthday dinner and she said, "What's your specialty? No... pork chops, green beans, and red cabbage." For those that love the breakdown; Cornmeal, flower, parmesean, salt, pepper, and special seasoning crusted pan simmered pork chops/ Olive oil, garlic, red onion, and a pinch of yellow curry fried then baked green beans/ Ren onion, garlic, lime, and bacon pan seared red cabbage. #thetaste (at Multnomah, Portland)
