Somehow, one of the Crystal trees that Evangeline had planted simply vanished into the ether... but left the crystals behind floating in midair. We can't gather them, they're just... there. Weird.

Either way, it's still a good idea to start trying to sell some actual crystals in addition to her crafted jewelry and such. The floating crystals just add some extra ambience, and they draw people's attention.

Afterschool Activities

At school, Alcor's found himself classmates with Kiana's own kid, Demarcus. And apparently there's a handful of other magically gifted kids here too, mixed in with the humans. However, he's been struggling with his schoolwork- all the words and letters keep jumping around and getting mixed up when he tried to read them. So one of his teachers suggested he use the text to speech on the computers to help him out- and that when he gets home, he talks to his moms about getting evaluated for dyslexia.

god don't you just love when you're in the in the end stages of making one of the best builds you've done in basically forever and have spent hours on it and are feeling so proud of yourself for finally making a decent looking build for once, only for the game to crash on you so you gotta redo it all over again? and i don't even have time for it cuz I have work in 15 minutes...

The kids are both away, so Evangeline and Alexa are wasting absolutely no time flirting nonstop. Eva's customers are less than amused.

Tomorrow is Alcor's first day of school (and Mizar's first day of Preschool, since I reinstalled the education overhaul mod). Alcor's getting ready by doing a bit of studying and... eating a bunch of cake. Fair enough.
