i feel really bad for goomba, her tumor was spotted about a month ago and she only lasted until last week. i could tell she was in pain those last few days, and for the past month ive had to give her yucky medicine, so she probably thought i was a mean bully. shes always been very sweet, though, so i think ahe understood. the vet also said she didnt expect goomba to last the full month, so that means she held out for me and cj :)

i wish i knew what happened to cj, i just woke up and she was dead. the only consolation is that i know she was happy because anytime i would hold her she would do her excited rattle tail. whatever happened, i hope it was quick ):

Im so sorry for your loss ❤ when I lost my hamster a few years ago I made a tribute box for her that I kept tucked away, if that's something you can do. It was a metal tin with her bedding, a few toys and some food, along with her body. Not sure if that's feasible for you at all, but it made me feel way better about her death ❤

i think i might do that. i was starting something similar for goomba already because she loved rattle toys, so i guess i can take some of cj's favorite things like her hammocks too. thank you very much ):

when people with "adhd" use stimulants they are stealing resources from people who are just so tired and would like to be awake, people who want to lose a lot of weight at an unhealthy pace, and from people who literally need that medication to write long rants and essays about the world and such. was it worth it? thuis is why there's a shortage it's all thanks to people like you.

my mom had to come home from work for a few hours to help me out and take cj to the crematory. apparently one of her coworkers had planned on bringing cookies to work (since the warehouse is closing) and instead of passing them out the lady gave all of them to her for me. people can be really sweet

Officially licensed 1989 Super Mario Bros. 2 greeting cards that depict Wart as (at least partially) friendly, directly at odds with his characterization in the game, where he is depicted as a purely malevolent entity.

Interestingly, in 1993, Wart would return in The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (under his original Japanese name, Mamu, but officially recognized as the same character) and actually be friendly there, making these cards inadvertently appear prescient of the future of the character.
