I just put one of these on order. Made by the first patrol 2iC I had after I finished my reinforcement cycle. He’s out now and makes high-quality knives (and many other things... #rum). Anything from kitchen to bush knives. I’ve ordered a bush survival knife like the ones pictured. The steel is CPM-S35VN. DM if you want more info or would like to order one. There is a certain energy in leadership. Taking responsibility and making yourself accountable for others provides you with a level of energy which can be gained through rising above yourself and your own problems and tuning into the the needs and welfare of others. Parents understand this. As do most people who truly take on leadership roles within an organisation. Those men and women who have put there lives on the line for others have recognised that if they don’t be decisive and take action then the lives of the people around them are at stake. This decisiveness has given them the energy to do superhuman feats of bravery to win the day. — We drive home this point and enable our students to understand and experience the energy bourne of selflessness during our training camps. Time and time again students experience that, despite already being exhausted, once given leadership responsibilities they are able to find more energy and take on the leadership role. This is because they are no longer caught up in their little world anymore. They are asked to step outside themselves and look after their team for the sake of the mission. (at TheMill Gym)

It’s not everyday that you get to rock up to work in a helicopter. This is a adventure day we organised a couple of years ago in WA. Love the variety of this job, the people I work with and the clients we work for. #notjustagym (at Mountain Quarry Boya)

Back in the days of security contracting... After leaving the army we’ve been lucky to have worked all over the world. Some jobs were better than others. This one was a highlight working for Sunday Night producers on Channel 7. After 10-years in Kerobokan jail in Bali Schapelle had done her time and deserved a clean slate and to start a new life. All the best @schapelle.corby We hope you are well. It was great looking after you and your family for the time we were with you in Bali.

Self-defence is like first-aid, survival, communication, meditation, swimming, running and climbing. It’s a core-skill for life. Its mindset, principles and methodologies apply to all aspects of successful living. Like first-aid and survival the fundamentals can be learned in 2-days. Module 2 (4-hrs) of our 2-day self-defence program is coming up on the 14th October. All-levels, all-ages welcome. Enquiries: email [email protected]
