Consciousness and the void in Hindu scriptures
I will be focusing on the concepts of consciousness and the world only, also there are some stuff about the void state here.( Yes, the concept of void is thousands of years old, in eastern spiritual traditions)
1) Adwayaraka upanishad-
(2) Always realizing "I am of the nature of Consciousness (cit)," with eyes completely shut or else with eyes somewhat open, by looking inward above the eyebrows - he, beholding the Absolute, the Supreme, in the form of a multitude of fires of Being Consciousness Bliss, assumes the appearance of luminosity.
2) Mandukya Upanishad
(6)The experiencer of these states of consciousness is the Lord of all. This one is all-knowing; this one directs everything from within. This one is the womb of all. All things originate from and dissolve into this.
As you know there are three states- waking, dreaming and sleeping state. Now there is a fourth- called turiya( this is my Tumblr name lmao) TURIYA is not state, but the experiencer of all! Turiya is what experiences the world in waking state, creates a new world in dreaming state and is still present in the sleeping state.
"When one experiences all the states of consciousness, then he establishes himself in his essential nature-Pure Consciousness and realizes that he is the all-knower. Then he acquires the knowledge that the Pure Consciousness flows on various degrees and grades, termed waking, dreaming, and sleeping. These states or modes of consciousness have arisen from their source, turiya, and finally dissolve in it. Yet the nature of Pure Consciousness, which is self-existent, never changes. It is everlasting, infinite, and changeless. "( From enlightenment without god-manduya upanishad)
(7)Turiya is the fourth state. In this state, consciousness is not turned inward nor outward nor both. tis undifferentiated; it is beyond the spheres of cognition and non-cognition. This state cannot be experienced through the senses or known by comparison or inference; it is incomprehensible, unthinkable, and indescribable. This is Pure Consciousness. This is the real Self. It is the cessation of all phenomena; it is tranquil, all-blissful, and one without second. This real Self is to be realized.
3) kashmiri shaivism
Consciousness of lord Shiva is not overshadowed by this created world. The world cannot obscure consciousness. On the contrary, consciousness gives rise to the existence of this world.

something very interesting about the void~
One should meditate on the void in one’s own body on all sides simultaneously. When the mind has become free from thoughts, one experiences everything as the Void.

Therefore, before starting the practice of dharana on the internal space, you should first define the directions. within yourself and then mentally conceptualize those directions as nothing but empty space or void. By doing so you will find that gradually the mind ceases to identify with the gross body. Then, as the experience intensifies, the mind and body are separated and the thoughts cease. Having transcended the body and mind, the awareness identifies with the vast expanse of consciousness, which pervades the space all around it.
( This sound very similar to the void state right? It's a spritual practice from Vijanana bhairava tantra, a particular scripture for kashmiri shaivism. Yes, the translations are actually THE VOID, the void is translated from the word shunya in Sanskrit. From the concept of shunya, concept of zero was developed in India)
If one contemplates simultaneously that one’s entire body or the world consists of nothing but Consciousness, then the mind becomes free from thoughts and the supreme awakening occurs.
(VERSE 63) vijnana bhairava tantra
O great Goddess, one should concentrate on this universe as nothing but void. Dissolving the mind also like this, one then experiences the state of laya, or total dissolution.
Translation (58)
Laya means the state of dissolution'. Here, as in the previous dharanas, the universe is first dissolved into the void through a process of annihilation of everything that is contained within it. Thus the concept of the universe is transformed into nothing but the void of consciousness. When the universe is nothing but void, or shoonya, the mind is dissolved in the same way. By focusing the awareness on the void or empty space, the mind, which acts as a barrier to the higher experience on account of its continuous movement into the past, present and future, begins to lose its support and also dissolves. This leads to a totally new dimension of awareness, known as shoonya, which is all pervading stillness.

Beyond reckoning in space or time; without direction or locality; impossible to represent; ultimately indescribable; Blissful with the experience of that which is inmost; a field of awareness free of mental constructs: that state of overflowing fullness is Bhairavī, the essence of Bhairava. It is that essence which is ultimately real & fundamental; it is that which ought to be known & experienced; it is that which is inherently pure, and it is that which pervades everything.

Hi my sweet loa girlies!!! Today I introduce you to my tape listening challenge + some other stuff. The main purpose of this challenge is seek change within/inside, reprogram your subconscious mind and get rid of your old habits like doubts, anxiety, fears, etc. And for starters changing inside is not easy but with help of @adambja's free tapes, we will do it in a week!
჊ A result from me:
I have been listening to those tapes for 5 days. They mainly target your subconscious mind and psychological behaviors. Those tapes are made to work with your body and mind. Even though these have only 10 benefits each (the paid ones have 100+), the results are amazing!
Before listening to the tapes: I was mentally limited. I was still scared of my past. So much anxiety, what if I fail and nothing happens? Or wondering if I’m doing good enough or something wrong etc

After 5 days of constant listening: My fears, anxiety, doubts are completely removed! ♯ Listen to @adambja 's free tapes 6 times a day for a week. You can only listen to one or all of them, your choice. They have free tapes (specifically targeted to reprogram your subconscious mind) for general self-concept, money manifesting and being in control of SELF. I made an affirmation/subliminal tape for myself and felt like sharing in case it helped anyone else! This is meant to completely saturate your mind so you fully believe you are the creator of your reality and already have your perfect life.
If I were to summarize it with one affirmation, it would be “I easily entered the void, and now my life is perfect.”
The affirmations all center on the three overlapping themes of: My life is perfect, I’m a master manifestor, and I enter the void easily.
Kinda had too much fun making this and included 7 layers total. There are a LOT of affs in here but they are all are fairly non-specific, blanket/umbrella self-concept that can be used by anyone, and are completely unisex.

They lied to you about the Void (and that's why you never get there)
(some words are misspelled as I had to use a translator)
Many of you believe there's a secret formula to reaching the Void. You think you'll experience the same thing as everyone else and that if you don't, you haven't arrived.
That you have to do a million things to achieve it.
But that's not the case.
Our minds, in a sense, are stupid.
They believe everything, absolutely everything, and sometimes misinterpret many things.
I've reviewed, analyzed, and questioned countless old posts right here (Tumblr) on the subject of the Void, and many people (myself included) who share their experience with the Void and give advice on how to reach it are misinformed (again, not out of malice, but out of a lack of process, experience, and knowledge).
Let's start with some beliefs and information shared by many of you in the manifestation and spirituality community for over four years:
"Manifesting is easy."
Of course it is, the difficult part is the process you must first undergo to make manifesting easy.
There's a process.
No, it's not about "deciding" to reach the Void and repeating affirmations to yourself until you become stressed and feel worse (you and I both know that when you affirm yourself, you feel horribly bad, stressed, anxious. Why? Because you know what you're repeating to yourself is a lie).
All the people who say they "decide" to reach the Void but still feel stressed, anxious, frustrated, etc., haven't decided a damn thing. Stop fooling yourselves.
Give up
Truly give up. You will get there until you stop wanting to reach the Void. Let yourself be, surrender. Don't do it with the goal of expecting something in return. If you expect something in return, let it be relaxation and connection with yourself.
People who say they've "given up" but keep trying haven't given up. Look for the meaning of "giving up."

The best position to relax while trying to reach the Void is to sit up straight, cross your legs, and place your hands on your thighs đŸ§˜â€â™€ïž (although it sounds uncomfortable, it isn't. Stick your butt out a little, gently arch your back, and push out your chest a little). Based on my experience and research, lying down doesn't help.
The Void
The Void is nirvana (people's experiences), it's the quantum field (Joe Dispenza), the lattice (Jacobo Grinberg). The Void is the womb of the universe.
Sensations
No, you won't see fireworks, an infinite number of colors, you won't see space, stars, etc. The Void State isn't really that big of a deal in the sense that you'll see all of that or feel like you're flying, etc. The only universal sensations that everyone will feel when they reach the Void are happiness, peace, you'll feel complete (you won't even want to manifest your desires anymore), you'll feel great, powerful, one with everything. You won't feel like you're flying. Yes, maybe you'll float, but the most common feeling is light. Don't torment yourself for not experiencing what others said they experienced when they reached the Void.
The Door
The line between you and the Void is meditation (a meditation of at least 30 minutes).

No, you can't eliminate negative beliefs in seconds, or days. I hate that people try to force that lie on you. Eliminating negative beliefs takes at least two weeks, because beliefs are lifelong, they are mental habits, and it's proven that a habit is created and changed in at least two weeks.
Stupid Methods 🖕
No, you don't need to do stupid "methods" to get there (the lullaby method, listening to subliminals, binaural beats, rolling your eyes, pretending to be an idiot, etc.)

Of course it does, but do you really want to do all that to get there? Or do you prefer to relax, accept, and meditate to get there? No problem.
I tell you with all my heart: getting to the Void is very easy.
Instructions
No, you shouldn't follow instructions.
You think that if this person did "this" and managed to get there, then it's the right way, it's the key. And you see those posts and don't see them for what they are: advice; you see them as instructions.

ALL ABOUT THE VOID STATE:
I just returned from the void and wanted to write this blog right away. In this post, I'll talk about how I felt, what method I used, the things I noticed, and some tips I developed. (Here, just pay attention to the underlined parts.)
It's quite long, but please read it in its entirety, as it contains really valuable information that I haven't seen anywhere else.
I've been trying to enter the void state for about two months because I wanted to discover new ways to shift states, and today I entered the void!
In my experience, it was absolutely fantastic and peaceful. In some cultures, the void state is explained as becoming one with everything around you. I couldn't quite understand what that meant when I was first starting to explore the shift in state. I also couldn't fully grasp it the first time I entered the void (I could only stay there for a few seconds :/). But today I felt what it means. It's not a sensation I can explain in words, but something you must experience for yourself to understand.
So how did I do it? Simple: I reprogrammed my mind. And no, you don't need four days or a month to reprogram your beliefs; it can be done literally in seconds. I simply wrote down my old beliefs about entering the void state and then crossed them out with a red pen until I felt completely free of them. Then, I wrote my new beliefs (affirmations) on another piece of paper and accepted them as my own. (You might think that for it to work, it has to be done with a red pen, but that's a lie. As I already said, there's a process for you to change your beliefs, for you to manifest "quickly," etc. First, there's a process. What's the process? I'll explain that in more detail in another post.)
These are some of the affirmations I wrote down and highly recommend:
- Entering the state of emptiness is an ordinary practice.
- The state of emptiness has always been too easy for me to achieve.
- I can enter the state of emptiness in a matter of seconds.
- I enter emptiness every night, so why couldn't I do it now?
After feeling happy and in tune with my new beliefs, I simply lay down and did a quick, relaxing meditation. Then, I played a subliminal with epsilon waves and focused on my breathing. After a while, I was there. (Bingo, here it is. You don't see the experience this person is sharing as an experience or advice. I'm sure many of you who read this post, which I used as an example, said to yourselves, "Oh, so today I'm going to do the same thing this person did. It worked for them, so it must work for me too. That's the key.")
What I realized after this experience was the importance of understanding what emptiness is before trying to enter it.
It's essential to research emptiness and explore the different approaches people have had on the subject beforehand. (Of course, yes, you should see different experiences, but not because you're going to recreate them, but simply to learn more about the topic.)
I'm not saying you should do it; it's not necessary.
This is your journey, and your beliefs create the results. So, if you think you can enter the state of emptiness after seeing it in a couple of TikTok posts, you can do it! (Lie, if it can work if it's the first time you've heard about it, why? Since you haven't had a single negative experience with the subject yet, how does that work? Well, for people who have failed at reaching the Void, they already have negative beliefs about the subject. They're afraid of failing again, and they limit themselves to the self—very different from what someone who's just starting out and wants to try would feel. This person doesn't have a single past experience that makes them afraid of failing. That's why this simply works for newcomers and for those who've already gone through an internal process. Again, I'll talk about the "process" in another post.
So, what is emptiness? In my understanding, emptiness is a state of mind where you're disconnected from everything that defines you as you. You're in a place where you're completely separate from all the titles and qualities that have been assigned to you throughout your life. Your name, your personality, your appearance, where you live... None of these things define you in the void, because you're free of them. Therefore, to reach the void, you must let go of your identity. This is what makes the void so peaceful and special.

Controlling
When you're there trying to reach the Void and you remember you read that you had to ignore your surroundings, you're controlling, and the best part (irony) is that you won't be able to ignore them.
When you're there trying to reach the Void and you make thousands of statements to yourself:
- I've reached the Void
- I am pure consciousness
- I am everything and nothing at the same time
- etc.
You're controlling.
When you're there trying to reach the Void and you ask yourself, "Why do I keep listening to my surroundings? Have I reached it? Why don't I feel the same as this person wrote on Tumblr? Then I haven't arrived because I don't see fireworks, I'm not flying, and I'm not dancing with God." You're controlling.

Have you heard that saying that you want the forbidden more?
Well, that's how the brain works. If you tell yourself "NO, don't do it," you'll do it more. If you tell yourself:
- ignore the symptoms to reach the Void
It will be harder for you to ignore the "symptoms" (which, I repeat, aren't even as extreme as people say).
That's why some signs say
"AVOID" littering and not "DON'T" litter.
(By the way, this does have a scientific basis.)
Wegner's ironic effect, also known as the white bear effect: when you try to actively suppress a thought, it ends up becoming more persistent.
Classic study example: if you're told "don't think about a white bear," you'll think exactly about that.

a guide on how i shift (almost) every time.
before we dive into the good stuff, i just wanna say that what i'm attempting to do on this page is simplify things to the best of my ability, but if things come out sounding too complicated at times, please feel free to ask questions.
first step (and arguably the most important one): come to terms with the fact that you are simply awareness. you are not the you that you see in the mirror. that's just your vessel for this reality. you? are the awareness perceiving this reality from the view point of said vessel. it's the same concept in all of the endless realities.
so lay down. take deep breathes. focus on the darkness behind your eyes, and remember that you are just awareness.
➯ i say “remember” here because we are not making up a random fact, or pretending till we believe it. it's already real, and subconsciously we know that, so we're remembering.
step two: once you're calm, and the feeling of nothingness starts to set in: that's it. now, disclaimer here that you may or may not still hear, smell, or feel things that you perceive from your base reality. doesn't matter. remind yourself that it doesn't make a difference what you hear or smell or feel because your senses lie to you all the time. (see this post).
step three: the trick is to basically gaslight your brain here. this is because your brain (well, your vessel's brain) is made to understand things scientifically. logically. so any input it gets outside of those circumstances, it will try to fight against. the key here is to not let it win. tell yourself you're in your dr now. the brain will say “uh no we're not lol, we can feel our sheets from our cr” so you say “how do you know that? how do you know i'm still in my cr? can you prove it? prove it.” and then everything it throws at you as ‘proof’? throw it back. relate it back to your dr.
step four: let your brain go down a rabbit hole until it can no longer prove anything to itself. and that's when you've entered the void. you are pure awareness here. no logical brain to stop you from affirming or assuming or deciding. once you're here, you simply remind yourself that you are in your dr. and that's it. it's as simple as that.

I don’t want to make this too long but I fucking did it!
To start, my journey in various “manifesting” communities has been incredibly long. I've known about subliminals since 2017, then I learned about the shifting community in early 2021, and then I discovered the void community in late 2022. Of all the platforms I've explored (like YouTube, Reddit, Amino, and other anonymous forums), I think that Tumblr is by far the most helpful and limitless, despite its minor issues.
I'm sharing this with you because, believe me when I say, I've seen it all. I’ve truly seen it all. In the subliminal community, I've witnessed every racist scandal, grooming victim exposĂ©, fake death from creators, fake results scandals, fake respawners, shifting lies, and other content creator conflicts. On Amino, I saw all the racist mod scandals, fake shifting stories, TikTok information drama, and the grooming document that exposed liars and weirdos on DRSU and DRA. On Reddit, I've witnessed all the subliminal drama unfold. I saw the drama about results and the beef with the MABA creator. I saw the shifting community getting trolled by anti-shifters after that one YouTube video that was made by the odd1out, I saw all the people being exposed for their lies etc. One of the main shifting success posters even said that she thinks she might be mentally ill and left the community. Another successful shifter I worshipped and talked to turned back to Islam, and called me a sinning freak that she’s going to pray for before she left as well. I saw the drama between the shifting community vs subliminals, AP, and the lucid dreaming sub who called shifters delusional mentally ill liars.
Of course on Tumblr, I was present for the Angel and Maya drama, the Winter and Roselle drama, I saw all the bloggers being exposed for their fake stories, watched Angel and Unique show unhinged behavior, the Sanita situation, and I was a victim of the Kira and Thalia void scam. I have seen some terrible things too and I have been “cursed” which proves once again that’s not possible unless you assume it to be. Someone even supposedly told me my parents and I would die by hex (??), and I would never manifest anything all because I said anyone who requires payment for anything related to manifesting is suspicious. People have told me to harm myself in my DMs over trivial things, small disagreements, miscommunications, and so much more
..
I've genuinely seen it all. These communities can be so unserious at times, lol. But despite all the nonsense, I persevered. And now, I am beyond relieved that I can finally stop mindlessly scrolling through these demented apps and live my dream life.
What I Manifested:
💌Immortality in my waiting room and changing to being my “home reality.” anytime I die or before I shift to any reality I’ll just go there. I also share this wr with a couple of shifring friends I met online, it is also “their” home reality as well. I also don’t keep memories in my drs so it just makes it easier. This had always been my true desire but thank you for Irene on amino and jay ( @heliosoll )on tumblr for making me realize how possible this all was and giving me hope I wasn’t out of my mind.
I know I don’t seem super excited and that’s because I’ve already shifted and been to my WR. I’m also going to go to so many drs and explore a bunch of my fav anime’s, shows, movies, books, and realities I’ve created. I’m going to relive some of my past, and explore the future with shifting as well. Guys, I’m screaming from the rooftops - everything is possible; we are just consciousness. I am god. I am immortal; I will live whatever lives I want. Please don’t give up - the world is yours.
This if from both a year ago and from my success the second time

💌Desired face and desired body. I am so gorgeous ugh, I’m so happy.
💌Being the beauty standards (metaphorical) black women; you are so gorgeous, revised look or not, start embodying that now.
💌Anyone who harms me or wants to harm me receives karma. You know that one TikTok sound that’s like “I’m not gonna fix it because if I fix it I’m going to jail.” Yeah 💗 I’ll leave it to the universe.
💌Manifested my own wish chakra just for fun lol. I like meditating so after l 15 minutes I can make a wish and it will come true ! (Only if I truly desire it if course)
💌Pinterest lifestyle and clothes. Looking at all my clothes.. I wanted to cry
💌Revised parents. I am African, sooo yea I revised all their annoying, abusive, cultural habits I hated
 I also revised my entire extended family because they’re so nosey, traditional, and always in someone’s business for no reason lol. Honestly, I got rid of most of them. I also manifested that we’re moving into our dream home! I am very excited for that.
💌Having the best comebacks and responses. I used to be a people pleaser, and everyone walked all over me and disrespected me for fun. I will not relive that anymore.
💌Perfect health. Why was my body doing weird stuff every day in the past, I can’t tell you. I had things wrong with me I couldn’t even explain but that is obviously the old story.
💌Never experiencing racism and misogyny.
💌My SP. We were already talking, but now we’re really dating and ugh, he’s the best. He’s very kind, intelligent, left leaning, can cook, and he already came from a wealthy family and spoiled me and now he somehow does it even more!
💌Graduating college early. I hated everyone and school. I just want to chill and watch anime and travel in the future.
💌So much money for myself and family. Getting spoiled in every aspect. This goes without saying; I hated being poor lol.
💌Being worshipped and adored. I just know everyone loves me. I’m like Kokomi Teruhashi and Anna Delvey No matter what reality I’m in or how hard it gets, I know I’ll be okay, so I can grow and still learn.
💌Curated,intelligence,hobbies and talents!
And so so so much more! I succeeded a couple of days ago, and ugh everyday I discover something amazing. My list was so long I can’t fit all of it here, but my life is better than I could imagine to the tiniest of details. My subconscious mind came through as I knew it would.
My method
I honestly used sublimals, as a placebo. I was Someone who likes doing stuff in order to feel like, "Oh, if I do this, it will work!" So, I don’t like doing much, so I chose subliminals as my filler! I liked Slade subs, Orien, and Leviathan, and their music helped me relax and feel just so secure, knowing I can. I used the MOAB booster which is infamous on Reddit I definitely recommend it.
I'm also a maladaptive daydreamer, and my reality confirmed so fast when I started seeing my daydreams as something already happening, something I'm already being instead of just daydreams. Just living in the end and knowing that it's going to happen, that there's nothing more to do. Embracing my imagination and trusting myself, surrendering to my faith. It was incredibly hard at first, but I managed to do it, and my faith paid off. I am wearing the great pearl Neville spoke of. :)
I ended up getting into the void with a lucid dream! But I had practiced lucid dreaming for years with no success after trying a plethora of methods. I wasn’t even trying to lucid dream, haha, I just knew I’d get into the void, and when the opportunity came in a lucid dream, I took it. Leave your options open.
Ella’s Tips
1.know you are God!!!!!! It doesn’t matter how you get to that point
2.know you cannot fail and time does not exist.
3. Everyone is special bc no one is special. I also once thought I was the exception, I would fail, I was u lucky etc etc.. I thought I couldn’t succeed because my desires were too much, or were impossible. News flash we’re all God. That is not possible. Remove failure from your vocab ;)
4.for the love of God (me and you đŸ€­) please try to make it easy, have fun, learn about yourself. This journey forced me to understand myself and the universe as whole and just forced me to see how I’m just apart of the universe as you guys and everything else I value.

a lot of you guys tend to overcomplicate the void and a lot of you guys have also reached out for some void state related advice. i decided that i should make a post about it to clear everything up and simplify the law for you and the void state for you.
the basics of the law of assumption is that your assumptions manifest and inorder to manifest, you must persist with your assumptions. the other basic information about the law is that the 4d matters, don't check the 3d, live in your inner world because the 4d is your only true reality. now, a lot of you guys come and tell me that you wanna get into the void state in 5 minutes and that is 1000% possible. you just need to hold out that assumption that you ever the void state in 5 minutes and persist in that assumption.
here's why a lot of you fail :
you lack discipline and start to think of your old story instead of pushing it aside
you continuously check the 3d
you don't put in the mental effort to persist in your new assumptions
you're constantly venting about your old story
you give up
you put it on a pedestal
lack of faith
doubting yourself and the law
the void state is so easy, but the majority of you guys put it on the pedestal and have this assumption that the only way to get your desires instantly is through the void, which is NOT TRUE. you can manifest instantly without the void as well. put yourself on that pedestal and understand that the void is not something that you need. the void is within you. you don't need the void. it's not a task to get into the void.
now i'm gonna give you a few tips on how to get into the void, taking the void off the pedestal and more.
if you feel like giving up, think about your dream life. is it worth giving up on? before you flip over and sleep, think to yourself ; "if i give up right now, would it be worth it." the answer will obviously be no. if you give up, you won't be living your dream life. period. if the void method is draining you, stick to the basics of the loa and persist with that. the void state is just another method.
stop checking if you're in the void state after affirming for 5 minutes. it might take a while for you if you have a poor self concept. just continue affirming and persisting and live in your imagination. you are in the void. period. you are in the void right now and there's no external factor that's going to be stopping you from manifesting your desires except you.
stop going to every blogger and coach and asking them about the void. just apply the basics. stop repeating your old story. it's just blocking you from receiving your manifestations. you weren't able to get in yesterday? okay. today is a new day and don't think any opposing thoughts about getting into the void.
understand that you don't need the void state and it's not the only way to get instant result. you're putting the void state above you and you're acting as if it's your life mission to enter the void state. you need to work on your self concept and put yourself on that pedestal instead of the void.
if you doubt the law and you lack faith, then go work on your self concept. test the law. you assuming that law is fake is the same as you assuming it's easy for you to manifest. it's still the law of assumption. instead of feeding yourself negative thoughts, tell yourself something positive. "the law doesn't work for me. i can't manifest." that's your assumption and clearly the law is working for you because you're assuming that it doesn't and that you're not able to manifest. you're not living your dream life because you're assuming that you're not going to be able to manifest it. stop with the negative thoughts. break that toxic cycle of negativity. you're hurting no one but yourself.
my tips on entering the void state :
relax and be patient with yourself
count and focus on breathing and just focus on relaxing physically and mentally
if you fall asleep easily, be in a comfortable position that won't cause you to fall asleep. sit on a chair maybe or even lay on your back
wear clothes that are loose and flowy so that it helps you feel detached from your 3d
if you're easily distracted by sound, i suggest using earphones or headphones with some rain sounds (or any sounds of your choice) if block out the external noise
listening to delta waves lowers your brain waves frequently so you automatically enter a trance like state that would help you enter the void
vaunting and visualizing a pitch black void with stars around can also be extremely helpful while entering the void. it makes you feel like you're already in the void so it's easier to persist

I have some Void advice for all you babes wanting to get in.
1. Go back to the basics
I feel like this needs to be heard because I know you and others have gotten a lot of ask over complicating the void state when it really is simple, for me what I did was forget about all the ask I sawed over complicating the method and went back to the basics of how to get in whether you’re doing it during the day or through sleep. Doing that I actually got very close to entering.
2. Assume it’s easy
It is called the Law of Assumption for a reason, it’s all about you and your assumptions. Assuming getting into the void state is an easy and effortless process is probably one of the key ways to getting there, at least in my opinion. If you assume it’s hard to get into the void state, it’s going to be hard, or if you decide to assume it’s an easy process it will be. Going behind the whole method it’s the same process, it’s all about your assumptions, assume you will get in and you will. What made me realize this was just realizing I was the only reason I wasn’t getting into the void state.
3. Don’t depend on it
I’m not saying you should stop trying just don’t depend on it, it’s makes it easier for you too. Realize that you’re the reason this method would work for you or not, know you are above the void state and it’s not above you
I know you all are more than capable of entering the void state so don’t beat yourself up if don’t. You all are so powerful so take charge and get your desires, I hope this was helpful!

1. get into a comfortable position. you can move around and stuff, but get really comfy.
2. if you have trouble getting settled mentally, count to 0-100 with a deep breath in between each number. (this optional, you don’t have to do this) try to get as relaxed as possible and focusing on you breathing.
3. now that you’re extremely relaxed, start to affirm “i am god” “i am in the void” “i am faceless and formless” “i am pure consciouness” etc until you drift asleep. if you get distracted, keep affirming. don’t stop.
4. then you’ll wake up there. great. you’re there! now affirm/set an intention or visualise.

basically i got into my bed, found a comfy position and started focusing on my breathing and after being relaxed and kinda drowsy, i started affirming. i only used “i’m pure consciousness” (cause i couldn’t remember the other ones lmao) and i started feeling lighter, and more floaty. and at some point i couldn’t even feel my body. i couldn’t feel my bed i was laying on, the pillows or the blanket. i couldn’t even feel the fan that was blowing at the highest level. NOTHING. it was pitch black. i started visualizing my desires (mainly my df and db). i’ve never visualized so vividly in my life. after visualizing, i set the intention to come back with all my desires (and ofc bc ur sub mind is goddamn powerful, it already knew what desires and what not). i woke up from the void state and immediately went to sleep. i woke up this morning, and notice my body and face is completely different, i got an email from my bank saying a transaction was made into my account. y’all i was so excited!! i’m currently packing for california as we speak. y’all try it. the void method is so damn powerful, and it feels great. PS!! i did get itchy but use that power ik you have in you, and ignore it

Hi, I’m the anon who went to the void during the day!
Yes, I got excellent results! I’m going to explain quickly what I do there:
- I sit confortable and cover my eyes so the light doesn’t bother me. Then I do my breath work, if you have a method just use it, all of them work.
- Then I just command my subconscious mind by saying “I am pure consciousness, I am going to the void now”. Until I start to feel all dizzy some how and kinda like floating
- When in the void I just start saying affirmations for whatever I want. Or just visualize what I am creating. Ask for whatever you want and you’ll get it!
The first time I went there I got my results in less than 24hrs and the rest of them came in less than a week.
- manifested my desire appearance; bigger eyes, clear skin, smaller waist
- a job for my friend and myself
- a lot of random things I was wishing for myself
- basically whatever I say or think immediately happens

THIS IS A VOID ADVICE NOT QUESTION
As a person who’s almost gotten into the void many times i noticed what i did wrong & wanted to give advice.
DONT Depended on it. I know the void is like a 100% guarantee however there’s other methods like commanding your subconscious, subliminals, scripting, affirming etc. Don’t depend on the void please, there’s other ways to get to it. I usually do the void method for fun like sometimes i’m like “mhm, i should try doing the void method 🧐” & end up doing it.
TAKE A BREAK. When you don’t succeed don’t try it again over & over & over straight. Take a break, walk around, stretch, drink water. Please don’t do the mistake i did. I literally fainted because i didn’t take a break & was doing it for 14 hours straight (i know
 don’t judge me, i didn’t know better but now i do). It kind of gets addicting cause you’re like “I WAS ALMOST THERE, ONE MORE TRY” & it’s just. a cycle. You’ll get there, no need to rush.
Don’t focus on the time it’s taking you. Everyone is different. People get in the void in 3 minutes, others take 20 minutes. The more you focus on the time the more time it’ll take for you to get there. Don’t be like “ugh i’ve been doing this for ____ it’s not working”. It’s not a race. Take your time, it’s so worth it. It’s tempting to compare other peoples time but everyone is different. My mind races a lot so it makes sense as to why it takes longer. Be patient. But you can also get into it in 3 minutes if you’re mind races like i do. It all of you.
Do it when you’re relaxed & comfortable. It’s the n.1 rule but yet people get it wrong. Be comfortable mentally & physically. Please don’t do the void method when you don’t feel rushed, or pressured. For example, i was doing the void method before school right? Was i close? extremely? Did i go in? No. Why? Because i was mentally stressed. I was like “omg i NEED to get into the void before school or else ____”. Do it at a time where you’re most comfortable. Tonight i will try it again before i go to sleep because i’m more relaxed. Do anything that makes you relaxed. People have gotten into the void sitting, laying isn’t the only option. Do what makes YOU comfortable. As long as you concentrate & don’t move.
Don’t be discouraged. Please don’t be too hard on yourself when you don’t succeed. I know seeing other people getting it into their first try masks you feel a bit anxious but remember that everyone struggled once. If you can’t do it, that’s completely fine! There’s other methods. Remember that you can do it. We all believe in you.
The answer is within you. A lot of people will ask repeated questions that have already been answered. Look at angel’s blog & see what you did wrong. Don’t over complicated it guys. Ill answer the questions that are most answered.
Answering the most common questions
Q: I went into the void method & i didn’t get my desire. What did i do wrong?
A: You didn’t enter the void. The void state is 100%. You will get your desire no matter what. If you “went” to the void & you didn’t get your results it’s because tou never went.
Q: I keep on getting sidetracked/can’t concentrate on the affirming, how can i avoid that?
A: You have 4 options.
You can go into the void staring at something to concentrate.
Meditate before.
Doing the void method at a time where you’re drowsy, relaxed or concentrated. Most people have succeeded the void method before going to sleep because you’re kind of not aware of what’s around you because you’re going to sleep.
Command your subconscious + set the intention. You can say “subconscious, get me to the void method” & focus on the breathing. Or doing it & telling yourself “i’m going into the void” & then focusing on the breathing.
Q: My body always twitch whenever i try to go into the void method. How do i avoid that?
A: Your body does that because it chevecier when you’re awake. It’s normal. Just don’t react to it, let it twitch. You didn’t move voluntarily so it’s fine.
Q: I don’t feel any symptoms of tingling, or twitching, did i do something wrong?
A: Everyone is different. The only symptoms i’ve had are floating & twitching. Some people don’t feel the twitching. It’s like subliminals. Just because you don’t feel tingling, doesn’t mean it doesn’t work.
Q: Whenever i feel floaty, my leg keeps on moving up. How do i avoid that?
A: For me, i put something under my leg so that it feels automatically up so that it doesn’t have the urge to move.
Q: I tried the void method & it didn’t work, what did i do wrong?
A: Well i’m not there to tell you but this is the BASE thing everyone needs to remember.
1. Get into a comfortable position
2. Relax & affirm “i’m in the void state” (or anything related to the void.
3. Don’t move. Keep affirming & ignore. Even if your body twitchs.
4. Boom you’re there.
It’s really simple. I’m 100% gonna go to the void state tonight, i just wanted to share the knowledge with the same problem.

what is it ?
the void, also known as the "i am state" is a deep meditative state of pure consciousness where you can shift and manifest instantly.
why does it work instantly ?
in the void, you are detached from the physical world meaning that your subconscious mind is fully accessible. when you get out of that state, all of your desires will be there or you will be in your dr.

just affirm until you get there! you don't even have to stay still, just keep going! ("i am"; "i am in the void" etc..)

in short, get into a sleepy, drowsy state and start visualizing a scene that implies you entered the void

follow all the steps for SATs and instead of visualizing, affirm! fall asleep in a feeling of convinction and fulfilment.

remember that you do NOT need the void, there are tons of other methods to manifest. YOU have the power.
the void is nothing more than a deep meditative state. don't obsess over it and treat it as the only way to achieve your desires/a magical place that's super hard to get into then blame bloggers when you don't tap in.
the void is EASY to get into. don't overcomplicate it. you don't have to affirm a certain way, you don't have to breathe a certain way, you don't have to stay still. these things don't matter.

I SHIFTED????!!!!
so guysss i was doing a pooja (praying) and before that i put the book behind the cup and i remember while praying (chanting mantras) i was only focusing on the blackness behind my eyes and when I opened my eyes the book was next to the desk not behind the cup???? So it is glitch or i shifted?? Whatever but seriously was it this easy? Really? I wasn't even intending to shift!! But still it's a win-win for me.

There’s no difference between being aware OF your desired reality and being aware IN your desired reality

When I say: “become aware of your DR,” what happens? Instantly, you think about it. You picture your DR world, your friends, your significant other, the places you’ll go, your DR self, your desires, your entire life there. It’s automatic.
But the moment I say: “become aware in your DR,” your brain glitches. It panics. It starts grasping at straws: “Wait, I can’t be aware in my DR. I’m not there. I’m here in my CR.”
Okay, let’s flip it. If I say: “become aware of your CR,” what happens? Instantly, you’re aware of your current reality. You look around, you notice the room, the air, your body, your thoughts, your desires, your beliefs, everything.
Now if I say: “become aware in your CR,” what do you do? You shrug, “Well, duh, I’m here.” You look around, you observe your awareness in your current reality, and it’s obvious.
But that’s the trick: there’s no difference between “aware of” and “aware in” when it comes to your CR, right?
I say: “become aware of your CR”—you look, you’re aware of everything. I say, “become aware in your CR,” same thing. You’re aware of everything, from within.
Now watch how your logic crumbles:
I say: “become aware of your DR,” and you instantly observe it; your DR house, city, life, desires. I say, “become aware in your DR,” and suddenly you freeze, thinking there’s a separation when there isn’t.
There’s no difference. If you can be aware of it, you can be aware in it, because vantage point = location. Your brain only freaks out because it’s clinging to the illusion of separation. Let it go, and watch how naturally your vantage point clicks into your DR.
Why is this true? Because of who you are. Or rather, what you are.
If you shove your thumbs in your ears and cover your eyes with your palms, the world goes dark and silent. You can’t hear. You can’t see. Sure, you might still feel the chair under you, your feet against the floor, but
 can you really? You can’t see your feet. You can’t hear the room. All that’s left is your awareness.
Even if you lie down with a blindfold, drowning yourself in white noise, how can you know you’re still here? What makes you so certain you’re in this reality at all? What if it's an illusion? Strip away vision, sound, touch, taste, scent—what remains? Awareness.
But can you get rid of that? Can you escape it the way you can shut your eyes or plug your ears? Try it. Right now. Try to get away from your awareness.
You can’t. It’s the only thing that never leaves you, never changes, never flickers out when the lights go off. You may be unconscious while asleep, but you’re still aware in dreams and liminal states.
Your awareness is the last frontier, the only constant, the unmovable observer behind every single illusion you take for “reality.” You can play with illusions, poke them, dance with them, but you will never, ever outrun your own awareness. That’s why it’s your power. That’s why shifting is inevitable. Because awareness goes where you observe, and where you observe, you are.
You can trick yourself into thinking you are your reality. That you’re your thoughts, your sight, your hearing, the way your skin feels against the air. But take all of that away. Silence the sounds. Close your eyes. Still your body. Strip it all down until there’s nothing left to sense, nothing left to grab onto.
Now what are you? Who are you? All that’s left is awareness.
You are not your thoughts. Not your sensations. Not the room around you. You are what sees the thoughts, what notices the sensations, what observes the room. That’s all you’ve ever been. That’s all you’ll ever be. The unkillable, unmovable, untouchable observer that remains when every illusion of reality is peeled away.
Your beliefs, your religion, your views—Law of Assumption, non-duality, Neville, philosophy, anything. What’s observing them? Even the idea that there’s a “you” who observes them, that there’s an ego, a thinker, a personality—what’s aware of that?
Awareness.
Awareness is the constant through every concept of existence you can possibly imagine. It is present in every state, every identity, every ideology. It’s the constant in the ever-twisting kaleidoscope of everything else you think you are and all you will ever be.
If you believe in other universes, how will you live them, move in them, know you’re there? Awareness.
If you think about other dimensions, alien physics, or realities we can’t yet imagine—what is it that would let you experience any of that? Awareness.
What could tell you something is real, if not the fact that you are aware of it? Strip it all down, and what are you, if not only awareness?
Nothing else remains, and nothing else can be proven to remain. You can lose your thoughts, your sight, your sense of touch, your sense of who you are. You can lose your mind. But you can’t lose awareness. It’s the one thing you can never get away from.
Which begs the question: If awareness is the only thing you can never lose, the only thing you cannot disprove, then what does that make everything else? What is everything else, if not illusion? 
And most importantly: what are your abilities as awareness?
Awareness is the only thing you can control completely. I say: “Become aware of your phone,” and boom, your mind flicks to your phone. Even if your phone isn’t in the room, you still know where it is. You feel the concept of it.
I say: “Become aware of your bed,” and your awareness drifts there, no questions asked. “Become aware of your heartbeat,” and suddenly you notice it hammering away, even though you weren’t aware of it a second ago.
But the moment I say: “Become aware of your DR,” you start crashing out, spiraling, choking on the idea that you “can’t see it.”
But let’s break your brain again. When I told you to become aware of your phone, you didn’t need to physically see it. You knew it existed, you knew it was yours, you knew you could call on its presence internally, even if it wasn’t in your hand.
 When I tell you to become aware of your lungs, you can’t see them, but you know they’re there, working for you, right now. So why is your DR any different? 
Awareness does not require proof. Awareness is the proof. If you can become aware of your DR, even if you “can’t see it,” it doesn’t matter. You just became aware of it. Which means you have it.
Just like it’s impossible to intend to do something without that action producing its outcome—it’s impossible to observe something and not see it. Observation is seeing.
The only reason you believe you’re not in your DR is because you worship your senses as gods, forgetting that your senses themselves exist inside your awareness. Awareness is the canvas; senses are just brushstrokes.
You’re stuck because you think “awareness” means “I can physically see, touch, hear it.” No. Awareness means you know it’s there, because you decided to observe it. You don’t “see” your liver, but you know it’s yours. You don’t “see” your thoughts, but you know they’re there. You don’t “see” the air, but you breathe it.
So let’s take this further:  Your DR is exactly like your phone across the room. If I say, “Become aware of your DR,” you can do it, because you know it’s there. The glitch comes when you realize:
If you are aware of your DR, you are aware in your DR.
The only thing stopping you from experiencing your DR fully is the illusion that “proof” needs to come first, when in reality, awareness is the engine that generates experience.
Remember: the proof is not the outcome, it is the intention (action) to have that outcome.
It’s something you can never escape, in my opinion. The law that action produces outcome.
Every action you take produces an outcome. Always. Even if you were in a universe where action didn’t produce outcomes, the outcome of your action would simply be that it had no outcome—
which is still an outcome.
There’s no loophole here. So what does this mean? What you are aware of as awareness produces. What you observe, is. Assumptions, attraction, Law of Assumption, Law of Attraction, every system and model of manifestation—these are all just different methods of observing.
Because when you observe something, you are taking the action of observation— and that action must have an outcome. And that outcome is: What you observe, becomes.
You’ll come across methods, laws, rules, recycled views, repackaged pathways, endless “new techniques” in your shifting journey— all of them wanting the same thing: to live in another reality, to be aware in another reality. But pause. Look deeper.
Even if you believe in infinite universes and timelines, or that everything is consciousness, there’s a constant: awareness. What lets you observe, what lets you experience life in another universe if you’re a multiverse believer? Awareness.
What lets you experience life itself if you believe all is consciousness? Awareness. So why are you trying so hard to “become aware” in another reality when awareness is always constant, always present, always here?
All sensations you crave—sight, touch, taste, sound—exist inside your awareness. They do not exist outside of it. Why are you trying to get it so desperately by repeating “I am aware in my DR,” when the fact you are aware is already enough? The only thing telling you you’re not there, that you haven’t shifted, that it’s not working—is illusion.
But illusion cannot hold you hostage. Illusion is malleable. And the instant you become aware of the illusion, recognize it as illusion, the illusion dissipates. It has no power over awareness. It never did. And it never will.
“Aware of” = “Aware in” because the field you are aware of is the field you are in.
If you’re aware of your CR, your awareness is observing CR. Where is your awareness located if it’s observing CR? Inside CR. To be aware of a system is to operate within that system’s parameters. If you weren’t “in” it, you couldn’t be “of” it. There is no separation between observation and participation in awareness.
Awareness is both the container and the content.
Everything you think of as “external reality” occurs within your awareness. Your body, your room, your surroundings—these are in your awareness, not the other way around. Therefore, “awareness of” = “awareness in.” You can’t be aware of something without being in it experientially.
In sum:
If you can be aware of your DR, that awareness is occurring in your DR, because where else would the observation take place? “But I don’t see my DR environment.” Sight is not the indicator of being in your DR—sight is just one sensory stream within awareness. Your observation of the DR is happening within the DR context because awareness is the substrate of reality.
‱ You believe “aware of DR” = separation, and “aware in DR” = presence. But there’s no mechanism proving they’re different:
‱ “Aware of DR” requires you to have a vantage point where the DR is observable.
‱ “Aware in DR” simply acknowledges that vantage point.
I’m pulling a little bit from non-duality here, but if you believe in reality shifting and instant manifestation like I do, I’m sure you can follow along when I say that: the perceived separation between observer and observed is an illusion.
The perceived separation between the person who wants the desire and the person who has their desire is an illusion.
Once you accept that “aware of” = “aware in,” the illusion collapses.
It all falls back to how you can only want what you already have.
Try to “watch” a dream without being inside the dream vantage point. You can’t. Try to “observe” your DR without your vantage shifting there. You can’t. Even if your mind says, “I’m not there,” your vantage point is there, or else you couldn’t be aware of it at all.

welcome to my blog i hope you find what you need,DO NOT HESITATE. Shifting isn't always about practice,following rules but its mostly about doing your own research and finding whats the best for you. So lets begin !
Talk to yourself during methods or your shifting journey: Talk you yourself,reassure yourself,tell yourself how proud you are for all the efforts put into your journey,tell yourself how good you're doing,be kind,be happy,be proud. Accept yourself and prepare your mind during the process.
Bad emotions and negativity do NOT ruin your journey. In fact it can help. Use all your emotions to align with your reality.
You will be sad in your DR,you will indeed have haters,arguments,betrayal and many negative stuff and its fine. Just don't except it to be perfect unless you wanna get shocked.
ME DI TA TE !!!! MEDITATE juste mediate istg. Y'all need to understand how helpful it is to meditate. Plus its a fun thing to do,its relaxing and it has many benefits outside shifting aswell.
This isn't an advice or maybe it is. Religion and shifting cannot match. Hear me out on this one. Shifting is the realization of the power of the conciousness,its realizing that you aren't a soul a mind or any spirits,you're able to change realities at any moment and become what you want for EVER. Shifting makes you immortal and the belief of immortality and reality shifting is opposite to the religious after life most people think they will experience.
stop TRYING to shift,stop triggering a shift stop pushing yourself to shift. The second you thought of shifting somewhere,you did shift. And the 3d will follow along. Just relax,imagine yourself there and mostly trust yourself
what works for people won't obligately work for you. I know it hurts to admit it but even if all humans in the world shifted on the first attempt with a specific method doesn't mean it will make you shift to. Find what works for you.
stop depending on social media advices. Remember 2020/2021/2022 trauma? Have you learnt nothing from it? STOP.LISTENING.TO.PEOPLE. especially on shiftok. Do your own research,try your things and mostly trust and accept the shift.
Methods arent the ones making you shift,i know sad to hear. Methods are just there to make you forget your cr and mostly focus on relaxation. But keep depending too much on methods and you won't get there soon.
Stop asking the universe for favors. Stop just stop. Stop counting on god,the universe,methods,subliminals,water,people online,shiftok,shiftblr or anything. Just stop. The universe won't just offer you a one free shifting month its not how it works. The only thing that can make you shift is YOU. YOU are in charge,YOU have the power to shift,YOU make yourself shift. So fuck methods,subliminals,water,people fuck it all. Its all about you.
ANYWAYS SORRY FOR MY TERRIBLE ENGLISH I KNOW HARD TO READ THAT. TRUST YOURSELF YOU CAN DO IT YOU WILL DO IT AND YOU'LL LIVE HAPPILY MANY MANY LIVES FOR EVER.
