Ok I'm not sure how to phrase it in a way that makes sense but I hate when people argue the point of "I'm not talking about manga shibuki/heiya I'm talking about her live version and I hate her" because why are you blaming it on the character. Why do you hate her character instead of hating what the director/writers did to make her a worse character in the name of thinly veiled misogyny. Genuinely ask yourself why, instead of being disappointed at her change from the manga to the show, are you directing your hate on her. What does this achieve. If you can separate manga chota from the LA and appreciate what the show did for him then you can fucking turn that energy around.
