Meet my Alice in Borderland OC, Rhia, the new Queen of Hearts.

Backstory

In real world Rhia used to be a gifted pianist with psychic abilities. She played piano since she was a kid, but got her recognision over 10 years later. Around the time her musical career finally developed and she became internationally famous Rhia's psychic abilities came to life. She noticed she can see the visions of future, seemingly in random but very convenient moments of her life. Not in a cool way that would make her influential prophet, but just enough to get out of some trouble. Occasional insight of few seconds into future could save her from mistake during concert or from tripping on a sidewalk, but when she saw vision of strange fireworks and crumbling building it was way too late to do anything. Her concert in Tokyo got cancelled when they transported her body to hospital and her soul ended up in Borderland.

Borderland

Her first game was a game of Hearts. Players had to find impostor (game dealer) to clear the game. Each day they had to sacrifice one Player until they found the impostor whose job was to make everybody suspect each other and get them to sacrifice all the players. Rhia found out whatever happend during the accident with fireworks it made her psychic abilities develope so much more. She knew immediately who was the impostor, cause she could hear their (and nobody elses) thoughts out of nowhere. The only problem was convincing other Players to listen to her. Impostor quickly realised she knows who he is somehow and the whole game changed in a private war between them, with manipulation as their main weapon. Game dealer might have been a great car seller in the real world but he could not fight with charisma of a celebrity. All Players survived that game and achieved 8 days of visa.

Since than she survived depending heavily on her charm and intuition until all games were cleared and Players got too choose between real world and Borderland. Rhia for a reason unknown to her didn't get that choice and had to remain in Borderland. Still, she had to gain influence to survive in this new era of Borderland, and once hierarchy was established she went far enough to become the Queen of Hearts.

Queen of Hearts

As a Queen of Hearts Rhia isn't elated to harm people but she has no choice. Her game utilizes her abilities to read minds of others. Players that manage to enter her game have to take a look into their greatest fear and their darkest side with no mercy. Rhia is as gentle and supportive as she can be, even tho she knows she might pay the price for her kindness. Once this journey right to the center of their souls is done they are given a poison. If they poison themselves Rhia gets to live another day, if they forgive themselves instead - collar on Rhia's neck explodes. Rhia used to look forward to this, hoping death could set her free from Borderland, but one day she got a vision of herself in the future, reborn as a beginner Player in Borderland. Why is her fate so interwined with this cursed place?

Hobbies and relations

In her free time she loves to play piano - it makes her forget about her sad destiny. During her time as a Player she didn't have many chances to do so, but now she has plenty of time and beautiful garden inherited from previous Queen, Mira Kano. Recently she got into cultivating her rose garden as well. (BTW her appearence in based on Queen of Hearts rose painting scene in Alice in Wonderland, so she has both white and red roses in her clothing)

As a person opposing cruelty and violence, she doesn't get along with current King of Hearts, Yaba Oki, or his companion - Banda, Jack of Hearts. Banda tried to sacrifice her during one of the games and attemted to torture her when she was a Player. Yaba tried to make her submit to him when she became a Queen, and listen to his every order, so she isolated from those two.

As a Player she was friends with Kuina, Usagi, Arisu, Tatta and Ann. Ann lacked irony towards spirituality and was determined to know the truth no matter what. She was the only one who never doubted in her visions, so she was the one Rhia confided in. She misses Ann so much.

One time Rhia almost seduced the Hatter to learn if it's true that collecting the cards allows you to leave the Borderland, but had to back off cause she realised Mira saw right through her.
