Leonie Althea is a Jamaican-American writer, communications specialist, and Bible teacher. She grew up in St. Catherine, Jamaica where she attended St. Jago Prep and St. Jago High School before moving to the United States. Leonie began her creative career at 8 years old writing poetry. Her talents led her to create marketing communications for major corporations for more than 10 years. Leonie holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the William Paterson University of New Jersey.
Ricardo Guy is a Jamaican painter and illustrator from the small town of Bamboo, St. Ann. He is best known for his narrative art that uses bright colors to tell stories of love, romance, perseverance, and beauty, which represents most of his work. Ricardo creates mainly large-scale, acrylic paintings that depict figurative, abstract, and surreal art. He draws much of his inspiration from observing life in his surroundings and the different parts of Jamaica he visits.
