Hi I'm back in the gym
Lost momentum for a full WEEK because of a recurring injury
But back at it and ready to drop another 10 in 2 weeks
That will put me 20lbs down and that's what I need to fit my clothes
But if I can actually be 30 lbs down and my clothes fit loose, I will be a happy camper
