I haven't drawn in a long time so I tried sketching to warm up. I numbered them in order I drew them.

..."Rick?"

"Finally, you're up", Rick looks down at you from his workbench.

You begin to realize where you are, the Smith's family garage. It's night time but the illumination from the florescent lights make you squint. He takes out his flask and puts it to his lips, reflecting more light into your eyes while you're already struggling to look at him. You shut your eyes and feel yourself drifting back off.

"No, no, no", Rick says in an annoyed tone bringing you back to reality again.

This time when you open your eyes Rick's face is close to yours. "L-listen that's enough... enough resting now". You feel him lift you by your shoulders so you're sitting up right. You rest your heavy head to one side and close your eyes again.

He snaps his fingers in front of your face, "hey, come on.. "

This time you get a better look at Rick leaning on his knee in front of you. His face is grey and his chin has a bit of blue stubble. The wrinkles on his face make him look tired and you smell the alcohol on his breath.

You start to wonder... "what happened?"

Rick realizes that his erratic behavior and bad temper is causing you pain. He struggles with wanting to be happy and self loathing. He decides to create a clone of himself that is the perfect partner without his faults that could never hurt you. He's proud of his creation and urges you to enjoy this better version of him. You disagree and want to stay with the original Rick. You tell him you don't want to leave him alone and you insist that you can handle everything. He disagrees and decides the best thing for you would be to wipe your memories so that you can start a new life with the clone. Some time later you and the clone adjust and the relationship goes so well that you get married. Rick still keeps track of you and gets an alert letting him know how you are doing. He smiles briefly but he starts to realize what he has done. He's all alone, overwhelmed with emotion, and he tries to drown it out with alcohol.

Sorry its super sad. I wanted to write a story about Rick creating the perfect clone for you. But as I went on I realized he would lose you in an effort to make you happy. Even if you say its never something that you wanted, Rick's insecurity convinced him otherwise.

I love Rick so much you guys. ~<3 I wanna give him a big hug now.
