I have this sudden urge to do proper colored fanart of Pokemon now. Sooo many to choose from though.

This is also a reminder to always ask if someone has the time and mental ability to take on heavy stuff! And if you're on the recieving end always make sure to ask what the person needs. Sometimes they need advice, sometimes they need a hug and sometimes they just need a shoulder to cry on. Make sure to always ask so you're All on the same Page. Communication is key! We're supposed to help build each other up, not tear ourselves down. Asking for consent is very epic.

I'm not a psychologist! This is just my opinion, pls understand.

And remember! It's okay to not always be available. We All have our struggles and it wouldn't be fair to put more on your own Plate than you can actually handle. If you want to create a safe space for everyone, then you have to Include yourself too. You can only help people if you can help yourself.
