Ugh, hall pass scheme got busted. How was I supposed to know they're identical in every way but handwriting?!
On an unrelated note, I'm studying penmanship now. Didn't think it would be so practical...

*Oh lovely, he was the posing type.
But he was also her only quick ticket to Utopia City. Hopefully her mom had had a more normal trip there.
Huffing a little bit, Whitney conceded.*
Fair enough. I'm guessing you already know where it is then.
* @man-of-steel-fn was checking up on everyone after the Portal Incident, and now he was talking with you.*
Hello there, young lady! How are you feeling after that blast? I'm glad I was able to stop your bus from crashing in a freefall!
[Staring up at the superhero, Whitney gave a casual smirk.]
Fine, I mean, obviously. I'm not in the hospital or anything. And like, catching buses is kinda in your job description, right?
[Superheroes did that sort of thing all the time where she came from. At least that was what she had heard.
Whitney was a little more concerned by the blue digital particles that seemed drawn to her now, but she wasn't about to look fazed by it.]

[Weird joke, but sure, she'd humor him with a half-snicker. One thing was sure, Whitney didn't like the way he was looking at her like he knew she was hiding her real state of mind.]
Yeah, Utopia City. Mom was supposed to meet me there. But like, is there no taxi service on this Island?
[She shifted, folding her hands behind her back. Blissfully ignoring those little blue pixels for a moment.]

Hey, I'm Lightrider. Or Whitney Foxx. Resident healer-type, and really the only one at the Academy worth her salt. Everyone keeps going on about "teamwork", but I don't really see the point. Whatever, at least I'm picking up some useful info.

Headcanons (will be updated!):
Lightrider is about seventeen, and her powers are tied to "rezz energy", or the digital blue energy that is present in all healing/rebooting technology on the Island. She doesn't quite understand its nature, properties, or capabilities, but she's experimenting.
Despite her designation as a healer, she's a loner, and she acts a big game of being superior to the others. As is often the case, her superiority complex is a cover for her own issues, a way to protect her from being hurt.
Whitney Foxx came from a wealthy family, but her parents are divorced. They were both individually successful, and very wrapped up in their own careers. She made herself be the best in every possible circumstance in order to be acknowledged, but it has never quite been good enough, so she has a chip on her shoulder and acts like she's better than everyone and doesn't need anyone because she has been taught she can't rely on anyone, not even her parents.
Unfortunately that makes her a difficult person to get along with.
