Day 1 of 28 journey
Hey guys...
Here it is! Day 1 of a 28-day journey that I've been resisting for the past 2 years. In 2020 I realized what an unhealthy lifestyle I was living. You might assume that oh! it gets easy after that. Once you know that something is wrong, you have the means to fix it then all you got to do is do it!
It's not that simple :) I was in a phase of denial. Every time I started a 2-week shred program or made an attempt to follow a month-long fitness routine, I subconsciously sabotaged it by taking a rest day (which resulted in 9 rest days) or knowingly binge eating on sweets.
It took me a long time to realise that I was scared of my own success and that external factors didn't really have anything to do with it. That's when I decided that I need to be answerable to myself and others to succeed at this.
I have decided to build a better lifestyle for myself. I not only want to shred the extra fat but also feel confident in my body. Im doing that by following the monthly calendar by Blogilates along with a healthy diet.
