I just spent the past month and a half working on this comic and it's finally done. You should read it, it's good, and it's only 16 pages. Please observe my precious OCs.
#riko art#comic#webcomic#fantasy#oc#oc art#original character#these characters have been stuck in “webcomic abandoned because too ambitious” limbo and they're finally free#you have no idea how relieving it is to finally see them with a finished work

I'm not deep enough into Granblue to know anything about Galleon, I just know looking at her reaffirms that I'm a lesbian.

I've been wanting to make a Big, Giant Promo-Please-Use-This-Image-If-This-Comic-Gets-A-TVTropes-Page art for my comic for ages. This one in particular captures the first arc (so, no Ruby or Amethyst, etc.) I hope to make a Big, Giant Promo art for Arc 2 once that's finished.
Hiatus update wise: I've got roughly, maybe, two months worth of buffer, so logically, I can get out of this hiatus, but I'm going to churn out a few more so I have an even better back-up. Consider it my "I only have 99 potions and I can't spare one just yet" syndrome. Thank you still for your patience.
Reminder that while this tumblr will still post the comic, you will get the best results over in the ⭐ main site ⭐where I've since uploaded better, edited pages (mostly spelling/grammar mistakes, some altered words for consistency, mild art fixes, etc.)
Thank you. Enjoy.

In Japanese, they don’t say “moon,” they say “tsuki,” which literally translates to “moon,” and I think that’s how language works.

“Nobody’s going to want to sit on high-speed rail for fifteen hours to get from New York City to LA.”
Me. I will sit on high-speed rail for fifteen hours. I’ll sit on it for days. I’ll write and read and nap and eat and then do it all over again. I’ll stare out the windows and see America from ground level and not have to drive. I’ll see the Rockies and the deserts and cornfields and the Mississippi River and your house and yours and yours too. I’ll make up stories in my head about the small towns I see as we go along. I’ll see the states I’ve yet to see because driving or flying there is a fucking slog and expensive to boot. I’ll enjoy the ride as much as the destination. And then I’ll do it all over again to come the fuck home.
#when i moved back to louisiana from virginia i did so by train#and honestly what a top tier experience#it took two days but it was so nice#you get to see so much scenery you never get to see#it's nice and relaxed with a lot of leg room#and you can always go sit in the dining car if you're tired of your seat#if you can you owe it to yourself to take a cross america train at some point
