I've read the comment how they literally saying that snufkin is probably (or definetly) adult there someone said :

-snufkin is probably adult because he's in bitter and sweet life phase also friendly to children

-snufkin is literally confirmed adult but the creator maybe never mentioned his adult age

For me snufkin voice is literally more heavy than the other snufkin + he's more taller in later episode

I remember seeing a official 70's Moomin cover book for children,it seems like 70's snufkin height reach the end of the door(or whatever is it) and he looks more bigger
