and nodded my head, thinking, ohhhh this is so rinnazu coded, because. IT IS THEM!!!!! i was reminded of them IMMEDIATELY! one of my fav factors about them ! thats also so troubling to draw. i struggle with drawing them doing anything dynamic LOLLL (im working on it i swear.)

anyway ... who isnt a sucker for height difference pairings??? its so apparent and commonly beloved in het/yaoi/yuri ships so its like, ofc thats appealing to me. short/tall couple. so glorious... so-

ok, look. listen. nazuna is 160cm and rinne is 181cm tall—thats a smashing total of 21cm difference in height.

u can barely see nazuna behind rinne in the 1st screenshot below, but when the camera switches povs to highlight nazuna ... oh wo de tian a. very obviously highlighted height difference... rinne is taller than nazuna and nazuna is shorter than rinne. one can milk as many cliche scenarios with them this way >.<

size difference, however, is another story. its also not a trope im particularly into so dont expect me to ever comment on that. ever. except for hands. i love hands. and i think rinnazu would love holding hands too ... rinnes are larger and warmer and calloused; nazunas are smaller and softer and slender; i think theyre a perfect fit<3

moving on ... am i using this as an excuse to talk about rinnazu? YES. when they live their happy domestic slice-of-life routine in my head rent-free, how can i not?

i think rinne comments on nazunas height often. and by comments, i mean, teases. actually- he never does it verbally but through his actions. very classic rinne things... he borrows nazuna's head as an armrest. so he'll casually plop his arm onto nazunas hair. other times he uses his elbow. its 50/50 between the two. does it bother nazuna? of courseee it does. hes been the same height since he was 12. why wouldnt he be a little ticked off? i think its only if its to the extreme that nazuna will react coldly. idont think he would like, slap rinne when the mood is lighthearted and all

nazuna tends to run into rinne when hes lost in thought as he wanders which leads him to crash into rinne's chest most of the time. the first time was purely accidental. so was the second time, and the third. all of the times he ran into rinne and kept his face hidden in his shirt? taking in his scent? and how soft he feels? accidental, is what nazuna tells himself. nowadays, its never really accidental and more purposeful. like in bed when theyre cuddling naked or something

OH MY GOD. height difference takes me to the question of all time: who's the big spoon and who's the little spoon?

given their heights, the obvious answer is: rinne = big spoon, nazuna = little spoon. BUT THATS WHERE I OBJECT!!!!!!!! REVERSE IT. REVERSE THEIR POSITIONS! NOWWW!!!!! nazuna big spoon and rinne small spoon. honestly speaking im not a hater of the "go-to answer." they alternate but a guy like rinne deserves to be held (<-nazuna is a firm believer of such a fact).

also. kissing. woah how did it take me so long to get to KISSING. they dont kiss on the lips. when rinne said kissing's for after marriage, i think he stays true to his words. so, kissing for rinnazu has mostly been on the forehead and cheeks and wherever else either of them are attracted to kiss

rinne's favourite spot to kiss nazuna would be the forehead. he likes leaning in and pranking/teasing nazuna that way hehe. second best place? the neck. side of the neck. especially when he holds nazuna from behind, wrapping his arms around his waist, or when he carries him up and smuggles in a kiss there

nazuna's fav spot to kiss rinne would be the cheek. he gets on his tip toes and thanks rinne with a smooch and can walk off like nothing happened while rinne is short-circuiting. 2nd fav spot? hmm ... jawline. trail of kisses along rinnes jaw. why? dont ask me im just the messenger, not nazuna himself (its the spot he can easily reach which becomes a bit of an inside joke[?] between them? jawline kisses hehe.)

this marks a legendary moment that needs to be preserved in history books. 2025 is THE year for us!!!!! rise rinnazu nation. RISE!!!

in nazuna and kohaku's cross scout, they confirm that nazuna calls rinne "rinne-senpai" but in today's tsukitsuta, nazuna addresses him as "rinne-chin" .... going from -senpai to -chin is ABSURD TO ME like at what point in time did the suffix change... what dates did they go on for them to get so close??? (not that im complaining

but hehe ... nazuna playing peacemaker to convince natsume to read rinne's fortune—thats the work of a lover helping his boyfriend out<3 rinne going all, "nazuna-chan's so kind~!" (<-i assume:p) in response is suuuper cute too. like yesss be considerate, be nice and listen to my bf (nazusagi chan)...give in to nazu propaganda

but the voiced segment overall was sweet:3 so satisfying to me ... it was a full course meal!!!! the dopamine levels r leaking from my brain. there's too much (IM SO HAPPY)!!! i like to think that nazuna was more interested in learning about rinne + natsume's compatibility since he knows that him and rinne are 100% meant to be hehe (<-thoughts from an entity with their rarepair glasses on).

i cant explain how much the "rinne-chin / nazuna chan" addressing is so important to meee ... its so life-changing to see them talking to each other and how they approach one another... short voiced segment that provides a HUGE sample of their dynamic as (boy)friends methinks.

however ... i still wish we got a canon nickname from rinne for nazuna, like how madara has mike-nekochan or the classic merumeru / himerunrun for himeru.... maybe nazuna is just one of the cast members that wont receive such a nickname BUT I CAN DREAM.please let me. i love nazusagi chan that my oomf on twt came up with and its been stuck with me for the last 2yrs. so praying for that next 🙇‍♂️

mext enstars tsukitsuta has nazuna and rinnes vas as the host and co host. special guest is natsumes va. so obviously that means theres the voiced drama. and that voiced drama was revealed to me via a twt friend as nazuna, rinne and natsume getting their fortunes read. WHICH IS INSANE LIKE HOLY SHIT. i clicked the translate button so the scenario might be inaccurate but IDGAF !!!! THATS SO ROMANTIC. first it was watching the sakura blossoms and now theyre getting their fortunes read. TOGETHER. and oh, yea sure natsume is there too BUT OH MY GOSH!!!!! thats just too cute

i hope they switch things around and make it so that rinne and nazuna are together. like HANGING OUT TOGETHER. IM DESPERATE. because, according to my prior knowledge of the previous tsukitsuta audio segments, rinne is always the one barging in. nazuna is with someone else then BAM rinne enters the scene. its never them alone together which is so frustrating to me!!! like, ok. i get it. they're not close in canon or even had their first on screen interaction BUT CMON ... I CAN DREAM !!!! at least theyll be talking to each other compared to the previous tsukitsuta <-praying

rinne nazuna and natsume is quite the combo, hehe.... nazuna and natsume r (were? im ignoring the whole megasphere update lol) roommates. i cant recall if rinne and natsume ever talked but waow he'll be with his senpais.... i really hope rinne and nazuna have some cute banter moments. its all i could ever ask for. so excited^_^

"buzz words." heh. using million dollar words to express something that really is only worth a penny or 2. rinne overexaggerating so he can hype up his unitmates and friends just to keep the atmosphere lively regardless of how he feels (neutral). nazuna being able to catch on that somewhat is very telling to me ... like its a start. he's not all there yet but i'm sure with some more time he could catch the hint of rinne's little facade. but, yeah. rinne's idea is to profit which makes sense. and he ends up enjoying himself too. him saying he'll get drinks. forgetting then letting loose when running off with tori. nazuna becoming the one to get drinks and snacks instead. rinne calling out to kuro and nazuna to haul them over. rinne and nazuna may be 2 worlds apart but there's this sort of similarity they share and thats along the lines of inclusitivity and having a good time with friends. friendship is magic everypony

more importantly, i cant believe theres canonly a photo of rinne and nazuna (and friends) under the sakura trees and i just. dont get to see that. what the hell. i think nazuna would be mking peace signs with his hands since thats his signature go-to pose. rinne would either be holding his drink out, extended to the camera as if he were going "cheers!" then or he has his arm wrapped around someone's shoulder. i hope it's nazunas.

in such a universe, he'd die for him and that's a terrifying thought to nazuna. because his life is more than just a shield to nazuna's body. and it's not like rinne doesnt acknowledge that, because he does and he doesn't live to serve the law when there is so much more to living than just being a human soldier, but when it comes to protecting nazuna the ideology switches because he loves him. love is the driving force. a curse too, perhaps? would they ever let their feelings be known? (in a fight. a battle. an argument behind closed doors. yes. nazuna is the one who lets it slip because his emotions get the best of him and he loses the ability to think rationally when it comes to rinne.) rinne would never forgive himself if he let nazuna die. nazuna would mourn him until the end of time but rinne would pass happily knowing that he saved him. because a world without nazuna is not one worth living. so if nazuna is assassinated and rinne isnt there to protect him, then rinne would turn to avenge his lover. and he knows excessive slaughter won't revive nazuna from the dead. but its not like anyone can snap him out of his killing streak when he failed to uphold the only promise he swore. his devotion holds no meaning. life, too. so in every timeline i think rinne and nazuna are doomed by the narrative
