Man TPOT 14 was so awesome, weird that they suddenly changed the character designs mid-episode. Nah but frfr Donut literally exploding into blood reminded me so much of HTF that like. Had to draw it lol, love smashing my interests together into the wildest crossovers.

HAPPY HALLOWEEEEEEEN!!!!!

Didn’t even plan this but I finished all my silli HTF designs today! Woah, the whole main cast!! In time for spooky day!! These are technically for an au I’m workin on so I’m gonna yap a lil about that under a cut lol.

So like TLDR the silly au is about a little documentary crew going to Treetown to figure out what the fuck is up with that place. Originally it was just to see why the population was so low compared to like how happy all the citizens there seemed with their life but like then they find out that everyone there kinda just dies and respawns all the time so uh now they’re interviewing everyone to see what’s up with that. And all the main cast get an interview!!! Everyone gets a moment in the spotlight! Yay!! But yeah there’s a lotta character details that are at least a lil changed from canon to fit at least my tastes in character writing, uh some more than others (*cough cough Flippy*). But yeah! That’s the basic premise, if anyone’s interested please ask me silly lil questions about the characters or my design decisions or worldbuilding or like even the stupid critters dying show in general, I’m a yapper, I like yapping <33333 Okay thanks to anyone who read this big ramble, your gift is a messy little height chart I threw together yaaaaay!!!!!

These fucking butterflies are my favorite fictional skeleton prop solely because of how not butterflies they are. I liked them so much I made them a little species for a skeleton town setting in an rp my friends and I were gonna do. They were basically just the town’s weird version of crows that can kick the shit out of you if you piss them off.

That all happened two years ago but I’m happy to say that I saw one this year at Spirit Halloween and now it lives next to my coffee maker with the skeleton snail :]

Every year I find myself defending the poor folks at the Crazy Bonez Halloween brand from all the internet haters who genuinely think they're dumb enough to "accidentally" make wrong skeletons. Maybe this kills the fun of the hyperbolic outrage for some, but it's really not the result of faceless clueless capitalism; most of the inaccurate Halloween skeletons, from the more outrageous Bone Octopuses to the subtler "birds with bone feathers" and "dogs with bone ears" are completely conscious artistic choices by one small team. I've talked to some of them! The idea that someone made a Bone Octopus Halloween Decoration out of actual ignorance is such a bizarre assumption to make, though. Yes, almost all adults do in fact know that cat skulls wouldn't have ears on them, and all adults definitely know that pumpkins don't have bones.

Many that you actually see on the market, however, are bootlegs or imitations of their designs. The real thing will usually say Crazy Bonez or Seasons on it, though Spirit Halloween is also a legit partner and gets some exclusive models every year. There are two new 2023 releases I'm super excited to review. Some of you already know what they are!
