We are now in Leipzig, Germany. Played a beautiful house concert last night with a guitar we borrowed 🙏❤ . Such a challenging week. A time for letting go after our guitars and possessions were stolen from our campervan in Prague. . One individual does not represent the whole. It's so easy to just immediately trust noone anymore. But if we would have let that happen, we would have been robbed of something much more than possessions. . Instead we chose to accept help from people reaching out to us this week. We put trust in strangers and now they are friends. . We were welcomed into families homes with open arms and warm hearts. We shared stories, songs and lifted each others spirits. Inspiring and confirming with our actions even more that people are AMAZING. . Love is so much more powerful than hate. Surrender. Let go. Trust. . ✨ This photo was taken in July at Pachamama Festival in Switzerland. One of our greatest moments. Standing on stage, singing our songs from the heart, while everyone gathered in a circle. Together. Holding hands. Smiling. Connecting. Being. Music is one of the most powerful healers on Earth. Connection with other humans is also another ❤ When people come together, magic really happens. ✨ These past few days we have been shown that there are so many good people in this world. So many. Can't quite believe how many people have sent love, offered help and donations. But at the same time we CAN believe it. Because people are more often than not AMAZING! One person made us feel so horrible and so so sad because they broke into our campervan home and stole very precious belongings. But that one unkind human has been way outnumbered by the overwhelmingly generous masses of humans that have warmed our hearts with support . Such an emotional time of love and pure kindness ❤ Teaching us to never give up and keep on trusting, because we are all connected on this journey. 🙏💞 So much love and gratitude to you all. We are currently sat in the house of a family in Prague who yesterday we didn't know, but through the sheer generosity in their hearts they contacted us and invited us into their warm home ❤ So it seems impossible to get a new Mazda Bongo window in Czech or Germany, after spending the last couple days constantly on the phone but at least in the morning we are booked in to get a temporary perspex one 🙂 Matts dad is helping ship over a window from the UK so we can hopefully get it fixed properly next week 🙌 We are truely grateful for all the donations we have received. Totally devastated! 💔 We arrived at the van last night in Prague to find our window smashed, we had been robbed and my beautiful guitar stolen 😖😓😔😢 along with money and other things. This guitar has been my life, my creator, my connection to the musical journey and it inspired me with each song we co-created. I will miss you with all my heart and only hope some magic will reunite us. 🙁 The musician lifestyle isn't the high paying life and we just about get by, so when things like this happen it's pretty difficult to deal with 😐 We are gathering our spirits, learning the art of letting go and give thanks we still have each other and our health.... and that is amazing!
