The BBMP Ward Committee meeting proceedings are outlined by the Secretary and the agenda for the monthly meeting should be shared with the members. The meeting should be held at a commonplace in the Ward, like the Ward office, which can be easily accessed. The Chairperson or a citizen participation in the ward addresses the gathering and opens the meeting. The secretary reads out the list of Ward level projects that are completed, in progress and planned for the coming months. The world is brimming with ambitious political leaders, but sadly very few matchups to the traits of good political leadership training. In fact, many political leaders appear to be severely lacking in some of the most essential qualities of a good leader, such as integrity and accountability. But experience tells us that there is only a handful that comes near to the principles of leadership and shows strong indicators of a successful political leader.
