I still think about the way you loved me without roots. How every time I tried to plant something, you brought wind. And I called it passion, called it freedom, until I realized I had built a garden in a storm, and nothing could stay long enough to bloom.

I loved you because I wanted to, not because I needed to. There’s a big difference. It wasn’t about filling a void or clinging to you out of desperation. It was a choice, pure and simple. I chose to give you my heart because you mattered, because you were worth it. It wasn’t about dependency or fear of being alone. It was about seeing you for who you were and loving you anyway. But wanting and needing are worlds apart. One is a gift, the other a crutch. I loved you freely, without strings attached, because that’s the only way love should be.

a lesson you have learnt and until now haven't expressed it through your poems?
My biggest lesson learned this year? It's that you can't rely on anyone but yourself. People will promise you the world and then disappear when you need them most. I’ve learned that self-reliance is everything. Trust your gut, make your own decisions, and stand on your own two feet. Don’t wait for someone to save you; save yourself. It’s a harsh truth, but it’s liberating too. The power to shape your life is in your hands. So, take control, be your own hero, and don’t look back.

Your partner should be your safe harbor in a storm, standing by you when the world falls apart. They should be the calm in your chaos, understanding your silences as well as your words. Your partner should challenge you to be better without tearing you down, loving you because of your flaws, not in spite of them. It's about finding someone who makes you feel whole, making tough times bearable and good times even better. They should be your best friend, confidant, and biggest supporter. Life's too short for anything less.

if you need to leave, go ahead. I’m not afraid to lose people anymore. I’m more afraid of losing myself trying to keep them.

I'm in my calm era. I've had enough of the chaos, the drama, the constant noise. Now, I’m choosing peace. I’m focusing on what brings me joy and letting go of what doesn’t. I’ve learned to appreciate the quiet moments, the simple pleasures. I’m no longer chasing after things or people who disrupt my tranquility. This is my time to breathe, to reflect, to grow without the weight of unnecessary stress. I’m embracing calm, and it feels like finally coming home.

Life is better when you're loved the right way. When someone truly sees you, appreciates you, and supports you, everything feels more vibrant and meaningful. The right kind of love brings out the best in you, offering comfort and joy even in the hardest times. It's not about perfection, but about being cherished for who you are. With the right love, life’s challenges seem more manageable, and its joys feel even sweeter.

I like sensitive people. They feel deeply and genuinely care about others. Their empathy and understanding create a safe space where you can be yourself. Sensitive people notice the little things that often go unnoticed, and they appreciate the beauty in everyday moments. Their kindness and compassion make the world a better place. Being around them reminds you of the importance of being gentle and thoughtful. They teach you that vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness.

Don't dwell on the reasons why it won't work out. Focus on the possibilities and the potential for happiness. Relationships are full of uncertainties, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't take a chance. Embrace the journey and trust that whatever happens, you'll grow and learn from the experience. Sometimes, the best relationships come from unexpected places. Believe in the positive outcomes and give it your all.

My greatest regret in life was always stressing over things that never happened. I spent so much time worrying about "what ifs" and worst-case scenarios that never came true. All that anxiety stole moments of peace and happiness from me. Looking back, I wish I had trusted more, lived more in the present, and let go of the fears that held me back. It's a hard lesson learned, but it taught me the value of living in the moment and not letting fear dictate my life.

Maybe you should stop overthinking so much and trust the way life happens. Things change. Every year you grow into someone else. Every year you have the opportunity to start over again and begin to rise and face the world the way that you want to. Take this with you, you're beautiful human being...don't be afraid to fail. Don't be afraid to fall. Don't be afraid to get your heart broken. Don't be afraid at all. The fear is in your head. The doubt is in your heart. And regret survives in the memory - that is, if you feed it - if you give into it. So please, before you go...overthinking is a self-inflicting act. it is the suicide, the doubt of self, the tragedy no one understands, It is instant death without lifting a single sword. So don't give in to it, you know you're stronger than that and capable of so much more.
