a short ramble below

for the record i go by any pronouns and i don't really mind if people call me a man/woman/whatever the hell as long as there's no demeaning intention. i'm just some guyyyyy i'm just a dudeeeee

i've found myself in situations where people are labeling identities on my behalf, or in conversations with other queer folks where i've been told that i should "pick a way to describe myself so people can have an idea about you"-- i found that to be extremely uncomfortable, the thought of being described just based off a label.

of course, there are labels that seem close to my experience (and i sometimes use for myself when talking to others who care about it more than me!) but the experiences that define who i am and what i do with romantic others cannot be encapsulated into a couple letters and labels (at least for me). i love just being able to say "IDK" as a label! i really love it that way!

ironically, being unlabeled is still a label on its own, but i think it really captures the "idk, i like who i like, and i am who i am" energy more than anything else. that's what i tend to respond with when people ask me about it anyway LOL

i am extremely indifferent to my presentation clothing-wise/appearance-wise, i feel really indifferent to the prospect of romance, and i do very much find comfort in that indifference!
