those guys from alien stage round 2 and 3 as kids doodle

they seemed like such nice people, sad that they had to die

So this round of Alien Stage, I decided to do something completely pointless: focus on these nameless guys.

This happened because I thought Ivan's opponent in Round 3 had a pretty cool design - his hair is bouncy, and he has a cool outfit with a splash of color. But that's how I realized: both these boys were dressed to match Til and Ivan

That's a bit of a shame in regards to getting any information out of their fashion choices, but it does lead to an interesting observation: if we believe that the competition arranged for rivals to have matching outfits, then Mizi and Sua's outfits were yet another rebellion against it. (This doesn't make a lot of sense, considering they were trying to be one unit to make it impossible to vote between them, but the alternative that these nameless boys just happened to pick similar outfits as Til and Ivan because Vivnos didn't want to come up with different ones feels... Unsatisfying. Though it makes sense in terms of not distracting you from the center character and adding cohesion to the music video, so, sure.)

Next mook related question: were they envisioned from the beginning? Do they have a story to tell? Is there a chance that Mook 2, actually allowed to sing his piece up on stage against Ivan, is thinking about a friend who was not given that chance?

The short answer is no. The long answer is, neither of these boys show up in the group shots we see in Ivan's or other videos. (I am a little disappointed.)

Anyway, as I said, this was completely pointless! But I hope you enjoyed my research anyway.
