It’s one thing to feed someone for a day, but it's another thing entirely to lead them to the water and teach them how to drink. That’s what breaks the cycle. That’s what builds legacy. When you show someone how to get to the source, you no longer have to worry about whether they’ll survive when you’re gone. They’ll know how to get there on their own. You become the bridge, not the crutch. And in that teaching, you unlock something permanent—self-sufficiency, discipline, and confidence.

So don’t just give to people—build them. Don’t just save them—train them. Because when you help someone discover the path, the well, and the process, you don’t just quench their thirst… you activate their power. They’ll never go thirsty again—not because they’re lucky, but because they were led, taught, and empowered to become the source for themselves.

I find myself drifting beyond the stars,

sneaking a quiet visit to Heaven.

There, the air feels softer, the light warmer—

and love wraps around me like a familiar blanket.

I see faces I’ve longed for—

smiles I thought I’d never see again.

They greet me with open arms,

as if no time has passed at all.

We sit, we laugh, we hold hands in golden fields

where the sun never sets,

and peace hums in the air like a lullaby.

They show me the spots they've saved just for me—

a place at the table,

a seat under the tree we used to dream beneath,

a room filled with memories and light.

And just when my heart starts to believe I’m finally home,

they say gently,

“It’s not time yet.”

Tears spill down my cheeks as I cling to them,

begging, “Why can’t I stay?

Why must you leave me again?”

And in their eyes, I see a knowing, a purpose—

a quiet strength I haven’t yet grown into.

They remind me:

they have a greater work to do in the spirit,

just as I have a mission to complete in the flesh.

There are stories only I can tell,

lives only I can touch,

wounds only I can heal through love and truth.

So, they kiss my forehead,

place peace in my chest,

and send me back.

Back into this body, this world,

with a heart that aches but understands.

I wake up with tears in my eyes,

and a fire in my soul—

knowing I’ve been given another chance

to finish what I was born to do.
