I believe the main reason so many minors are antiship is that, on some level, they genuinely think they’re doing something good—being morally righteous in a cold, heartless, and uncaring world. And honestly, that’s really sad.

There are so many minors out there who don’t have a safe or mature way to express themselves, so they turn to the internet as a means of trying to “purify” the world. It’s also disappointing that we, as a society, have created a world so cruel for so many young people that the only place they feel empowered to express themselves or “fight back” is through fiction.

Young people need to realise that the internet is not a safe space unless you make it into one. Youre gonna have to block people and content you dont like. So sad new apps like tik tok don't let you easily block tags/content you dont want to see.
