I feel like Aaron tiptoes a lot around John for fear of upsetting him because when he does he either does what he did in the first clip or he has a way of manipulating Aaron - emotionally. I’ve seen in the past when they’ve had arguements John likes to turn it back on Aaron. Just like when Aaron found out about Aiden and John turned it on to Robert. The clip where Aaron goes ‘listen, about Robert’ and John tells him to go home and he just does it speaks volume to me.

it does fascinate me how before robert properly got together with aaron, basically all his life he seemed to be pretty much incapable of forming healthy relationships in any way, platonically or romantically

getting emotional about the sugdens on this monday night because they were born on the show…. like they were actually babies on the show and we saw them through all their teenage angst and now they’re adults in their 20s and 30s
