Fall is upon us and i've passed and slept
I mean there's no way my brain isn't deluding me
She said only pathetic girls give themselves for affection
Yet even my lips grasp this is my condition
What happened to the naive ingenue? Well
Held my breath when I strolled in
Found his body, magnetic to my stare
I realize my cheapness under the cross
Bearing judgment as I'm forcing vomit
Still every outcast needs an anthem, I guess
They claim that we can't want!
It's impossible to survive when your experience is a crime
Ignoring your body
Ignoring your mind
Corrosive thirst always rises back to the top
Even if you push it down, hour after hour
I think I need a cold shower
Now the tempest rages into the night
I achieve to distract a wandering soul
His chestnut cut and sinewy form
Manages to get me warm
Guilt floats around but I know my passion
I'm going to hoe that cowboy down
It's impossible to survive when your experience is a crime
Living in a white sheath
Pure with nothing underneath
Numb the sting in any possible way
Every graze just burns, hour after hour
I think I need a cold shower
Notes: a little one of my struggle songs that I wrote over the winter ;)
