While we’re on the topic of The Next Prince: I’m absolutely loving Ramil and Paytai’s whole thing. A well-established dom/sub relationship with a sub who knows exactly what he’s doing? he's scared paytai might choose to leave when he sees he can have something better

and paytai knows it too, their relationship is still of master sevant where ramil owns paytai,

but it's not like paytai wants to leave, he's fine staying right where he is

he's the one who puts his own leash

but he's also incredibly aware of their limits, when ramil kissed him he kept his eyes open, worried someone might see

because while he belongs to ramil and ramil belongs to him, they can't admit to the world, they can't even say it out loud

so their dynamic remains that of master servant, to not let them forget the world they live in

1. He is the only one to tame the wild, cold Prince Ramil.

3. Novel-wise, Paytai is the only son of Minister of Defence.

Just rewatched this scene (for science) and I love the way they are lit in this scene. Many times, Ramil is glowing with the intense pink light while most of the time Paytai is lit differently, the pink light behind him. It's stunning.

Had to rewatch after reading @nabi-unveiled's post about the music.
