The Human Connection

Keener is a person with feelings and desires as well. He does, secretly, also desire to have a human connection. While yes, he was married prior to the events of Division 1. But he can still desire a Human connection.

When questioned by his friend over his supposed emotional maturity, Keener admits that he was envious of the human connection he saw with Theo Parnell/Maral McCarthy and the Moretti family, feeling like he could've had something like that with his crush, Mackenzie Meret*.

Now it is not to say that he is unable to have such a connection. It is just he is either not allowing himself to have such a connection or it simply does not fit into this overall plan and thusly is not allowed.

One can have the desire to but it all matters of how you either decide to do or to not. Keener is the person who is not allowing himself to have such a connection.

The Valley Hospital, prior to 2024, was located in Ridgewood, NJ. As of April 15, 2024, the hospital had moved to Paramus, New Jersey officially.

I made Keener share the same Birth Month and Day as Oliver Hazard Perry, who was known for his victory at the Battle of Lake Erie during the War of 1812.

Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) is now labeled as Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF) as of I believe 2020/2021. It is also not just Navy, Marines are either back in or are in as well.

Camp Lemonnier is a United States Naval Expeditionary Base, situated next to Djibouti–Ambouli International Airport in Djibouti City, and home to the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) of the U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM). It is the largest U.S. military base in Africa.

Canon wise, he has a crush on Mack. Which I will uphold. HOWEVER, Pookie has dips on him for Shiloh. >;D

Aaron Winston Keener

Vanguard, First Rogue, Rogue Leader

August 23rd* 1981, The Valley Hospital*, Ridgewood, NJ

Keener grew up with a privileged upbringing. His family is/was well off, situated well above just comfortably. His parents were not some absence figures who put work over their child, he had a nanny from time to time but overall he was raised by his parents. He went to public schools all the way up until high school, in which his parents enrolled him into a private school to continue to grow his high intellect. Starting out Aaron was considered gifted throughout public school, his private school, and into the Citadel.

After his time in the Citadel, he served in the Navy as a Coastal Riverine Squadron* small boat operator and weapons expert. He served a tour of duty fighting the war on drugs in South America, and at Camp Lemonnier* in Djibouti. His military experience and education in military treatise and psychology made him an excellent candidate for the Division.

Carter Leroux and Keener were approached to join The Division by Recruiter Elija Le, then once they had passed the psychological tests, they were then given Smart Watches and joined The Division.

Random ass thought came to my head while I was at work with some thoughts occurring on certain things.

A A Ron is 100% unapologetically American. He would be that man who would listen to Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue (The Angry American) by the late Toby Keith, rebelling against the government, tried to keep his tech out of certain hands, then later share a slightly outdated version of said tech and, served in the United Stated Navy.

I see you there Keener, and I am 100% judging you and myself as your mun.

Do not ask me for LEGIT TIME FRAMES prior to 2015 for A A Ron. I will not hyper-fixate THAT far. Just know he was born, he went to school, went to the Citadel, either enlisted or commissioned into the Navy, deployments, was a future trader, joined the division, then BAM being the First Wave in 2015.

I am currently unsure if he had time in the Middle East in Iraq/Afghanistan because he probably would have been within the time frame of that happening, unless this is an alternate universe.

Just be prepared for word vomits and head canons with read more. Because I actually care about people when they are scrolling either on their computer or mobile.

SO, it has become apparent that I am better when I hyper-fixate on ONE singular muse. This means that I am putting my Multi on a permanent request only status. My attention will solely be on A A Ron. I have allowed my attention to roam too fucking freely. I need to dial it back.

As soon as she had walked in, Aaron was standing there in the process of sliding on a gray undershirt while only in a pair of boxers. Once the undershirt was on, he stood there glancing at Shiloh. It was laundry day, he had traded his dirty clothes for clean ones.

He was not expecting to put on a show. " Saw something you liked, Shiloh? " He'll tease her because why not. The way she'll flush or become flustered amused him.
