Ponderal or Corpulance Index of some of our beloved muscle monsters in their offseasons

I've just learned that the Ponderal Index (PI) is a much better measure than the Body Mass Index (BMI) when it comes to comparing body weights across a wider range of heights.

A “normal” index is 11 to 13 or 15, and an index above 17 is considered obese.

Here are a few mass monsters in ascending order of their PI ...

Conclusions

All these animals are pathological, but some are more pathological!

Of course, we should take into account that the body fat percentage and muscle quality of the boys differ significantly and that this shifts the degree of their muscle achievements compared to the PI alone.

Just for comparison purposes, what extreme values a really fat boy might achieve ...
