Idk maybe the reason LGBT people are so into MCR is because their music and their art is entirely detached from gender and sexuality and mostly lacks the presence of pronouns or gendered language and because they openly embrace flamboyancy and femininity on stage while also working an undeniable queerness into some of their music and because they have consistently been respectful of both women and LGBT people meaning their fanbase is also pretty accepting and welcoming
