omggg the BEST thing happened to me today and I've been too busy to make a post about it!! this morning I was walking back to my apartment from the gym and my neighbor was on her balcony and she stopped me and asked if I had lost weight and told me I needed to gain some!! it was scary to be called out but suuuuch a reassurance also and the adrenaline rush from that recognition and concern was like no other

omg so I finally got home from vacation last night and weighted in and I'm still at 125lbs!! I didn't lose for over a week which sucks but I honestly thought I would've gained, I'll take maintaining over gaining any day so I'm counting this as a win

I KNEW that relying on purging was a bad idea, there were other routes I could've taken but my hungry brain tricked me into thinking that this was the best one. but may all my mistakes serve as motivators for me to do better and try harder 💞 I will NOT lose focus next time, I shall keep my future self in mind

I fucked up. I'm on a family vacation and we got pizza, I had 2 slices and tried to throw it up immediately after and couldn't. it is my omad and the only other thing I've had today was some popcorn, so I'm just gonna chug a fuckton of water and exercise until I feel like I'm gonna die. I hate that the main reason I couldn't throw up was cus I was getting paranoid that everyone could hear the gagging cus of how thin the walls are ugh fuck vacations

okay so I had been good about staying under 500cal the past few days but this morning I was trying to get ready for work and twice my blood pressure dropped super hard and I almost fainted so I ended up having a rice cake and multivitamins and chugged a bunch of water so that I could finish getting ready and not be late, then I shared some pad thai with a friend, so I'm already above 500 but it was a pretty nasty scare so I think I'm gonna do 800cal days for a bit. I won't lose as quickly but hopefully I'll still lose

I seriously don't know wtf is going on with my weight but yesterday I weighed in at 126.2 and I just woke up and weighted at 127.2 but then I remembered that I needed to pee and change out my full tampon and after that I weighted at 125.8??? and no matter how many times I retried it kept reading at 125.8 so IDK DID I PISS 2 LBS?? I'm thrilled I'm losing for sure just confused 😭😭

slow weight loss is better than no weight loss.
pick a higher intake if you KNOW you’re prone to binges. 800 cals is a magic number.
dropping 0.2kg a day is better than losing 4kg a week, just to binge and gain 3kg back.
