Kevin had to run to his locker because of the hair crisis he was having. One of the football players decided to ruffle his hair as a joke, which spouted a 20 second rant on how wrong and annoying it was. Kevin put the code into his locker and brought out the hairspray and comb, using his mirror to not mess up. Looking at the mirror behind him he could see someone looking at him, and he’d been just about finished before he put everything back in his locker and turned around. “I don’t know if you’re judging me or interested but I cannot have bad hair at school when the digital age is upon us and people always have cameras pointed.”

putting her books in her locker, a fast breeze of someone running made her eyes look away from what her limbs were doing; soon recognizing kevin as the source of the running. closing her locker with only the book she needed for the next period on hands, she walked towards her friend. "you really think i, of all people, would judge you for dreading a bad hair day," veronica pretended to be offended, a smile then appearing on her lips, "a bad hair day is an awful sacrilège!"

veronica took a sip of her coffee, nodding at toni's words. "and i, veronica lodge, apologize in the name of all the students that made you feel that way. riverdale high should be nothing but welcoming to you and your colleagues," a sympathetic smile appeared on her lips, her free hand reaching toni's arm for a reassuring squeeze. "have a little faith and everything will work out," veronica said, the line that had become her motto since the beginning of the week.

as hiram said, she is the most important part of the plan to make the southsiders feel welcome on their new school, and she plans to do just that.

of course it won’t be easy as seen in last week episodes lmao but veronica never back down a fight, and she will do whatever it takes to make the northsiders accept the new students.

since we still don’t have archie yet, i will take that they are still broken up and she doesn’t know he and betty kissed so the ic drama be more.... well, dramatic lmao.
