wait are there people who see food they can't eat because it triggers their sensory issues and don't feel intense longing. like man, that thing with the unusual textures looks delicious if only i could Eat Food. im not thinking "ewww that looks nasty and disgusting objectively" im thinking about how i feel like a victorian peasant watching the nobles feast
