TENDERNESS

Mina stopped, “What? No?” Before she blinked, a quizzical hand going to her chin as she thought. DID it make her think of Kirishima? The shirt was BLACK -- which DID make her think of his hair in junior high. And it said THUNDER SLUT, while she initially thought of Denki --- Kirishima DID really like the song Thunder. Maybe it DID make her think of him.

DAMN -- she’d been caught. Just play it COOL and maybe he won’t get mad. Turning to face Kaminari, Mina crossed her arms across her chest, hiding part of the font.

❝ YUP. ❞  izuku replied, and he rushes out the door with her, feeling an explosive heat at his back when he does. he can feel the tips of his hair at the back of his head burning a little, so he pats the tiny sparks out and then realizes – he’s … never spent time with ashido one-on-one before. a blink, and then –   ❝ s-so … where’re we going again? ❞  he hadn’t really been listening when she made the offer. all he heard was the chance to get out and – well, he got out.

Luckily, they made their escape just in time, a loud BOOM was heard behind the, now, closed door, followed but LOTS of yelling. Mina laughed brightly, Aizawa-sensei was NOT gonna be happy about THAT one. 

She blinked, made a pause before she glanced at Midoriya, dropping her hand from where it was on his arm, “OH, Coffee shop. There’s one just outside campus? It’s called LAVA JAVA. It’s got coffee and tea and muffins -- the blueberry muffins are REALLY good. And they make these little tiny breakfast sandwiches! There’s tons of options! I go there with Kaminair and Kirishima all the time!”

izuku stared. well. she wasn’t wrong. he hears sero and kirishima behind them, jeering at bakugo to ‘cook the waffles like a man and use his hands!’ and the room starts to feel like an oven. izuku sweats, feeling the heat. his reply is … a little too enthusiastic.  ❝ yeah! i’ll go! let’s go! r - right now. c’mon. ❞  

Y’know she LOVED the boys, especially Sero and Kirishima, but sometimes their ‘manliness’ was taken a BIT too far. With a nod, Mina grabbed Midoriya’s arm and stood, “Yep. Right now, like NOW NOW.” She bee-lined for the door, trying to make a quick escape before Mr. EXPLODY BOOM MAN made a mess of their kitchen.
