Hey, sorry, I got really busy at work and then completely burned out because of it. I'm so sorry. Honestly, I have barely been keeping it together lately with this artiest block rn. I can draw small things traditionally, but their concept ideas. Not good quality art. Things have been rough. I'm going to try to get back into the Grove, but God, nothing is reliving the stress.

Again, sorry I haven't been posting or doing anything. I highly recommend you check out the live Lamb lofi on yt. I've been listening to it whenever I wind down before bed.

Edit as of 7/7: idk when I wrote this, but yeah, I still have a lot going on rn. But it might slow down, and I can write and draw again without worrying that I have very little time to be creative, which it is hard to be on the spot. So when I can I am going to draw and write. So so sorry it's been just silence on my end. Life is just a lot rn.

Just imagine a cloud of disorganized lore, thoughts, and a wall of perfection idolized. Yeah, that's what I am hitting rn trying to get my Au worked on. I want it to be perfect. I'm half tempted just to say f it and just do imperfect. I don't like how I haven't posted shit.

I’ve foreshadowed this idea a bit, of new gods taking up the crowns. Y’all are begging me to stop introducing more plot threads to my au and finish up old ones but I’m full of ideas. The award for most confusing timeline goes to me, oops.

I got experimental with the colouring on this, idk why I had this mental image of big blocky blue shadows and I re did the colours like five times trying to get them to work.

The more I work on the Loyal Bell in the background, the more complicated these three get.

I enjoyed drawing this. And.... might end up giving Narinder a permanent outfit soon if I keep drawing him as a follower.

Also, there is a little update. I have the Prologue. It's like done. Chapter one is almost completely mapped out, and it still needs a lot of clean-up. Fun. I'm also working on another comic, one that's uhhhh Idk how to explain it.

AO3 IS IN TROUBLE IF CALIFORNIAN AGE VERIFICATION LAW PASSES

An upcoming Age verification bill centered in California will be voted on Monday-- And as always,instead of actually protecting kids, it will lead to more online censorship and privacy risks, as it will force websites hosting to verify their users age by sending their ID, your browser history would be linked to it. if you live California, call your reps and tell them to oppose the bill AB3080 as it highly unconstitutional.

They also deem LGBT content harmful to minors, as well as mentions of weapons and tobacco, putting them on the same level as NSFW content.

Since AO3 headquarters reside in California, much like Reddit, Twitter,Discord and Youtube (and others) who knows how bad the effects would be. Instead of just effecting Californians (even then its concerning.) the effects would be US or even worldwide. VPNs wont help.

fandom etiquette reminders

gentle reminder that people do not have to like/ship the popular ships in a fandom. widely popularized ships do not equal canon ships and even if they were, people are allowed to have different pairings they prefer. if one fandom creator popularized things, it does not mean that every single other creator has to also do that thing.

please be respectful and considerate of the people making free content for your enjoyment as well - you never know whats going on on the other end of the screen to cause an author to not upload a new chapter or why the artist hasn't posted new art in three weeks. their boundaries are just as important as anyone else's and deserve to be respected as a basic human right.

if you're a minor, do not participate in 18+ spaces! this is for your safety as well as the safety of everyone else. if anyone over the age of 18 insists its okay for you to participate in nsfw topics with them, run. be careful with what you're posting online, too. you never know who has ill intent when interacting with you.

be also incredibly mindful that not everyone wants to participate in fandom discourse. proship/antiship discourse, ship wars, "what are your thoughts on [insert problem here]", - these are good and fun in their own respects, but can be incredibly distressing if brought up out of nowhere.

fandom is supposed to be for fun, and it isn't fun if its stressful and dangerous.

Update on The Loyal Bell progress. Further along than I was before. But I have also been working on other things, so I don't burn out on it so quickly. I'm not sure how long it will be rn, and there's some parts I feel like I speed through. So those are kinda going to be redone or fixed up a bit.

Sorry if it seems like a long time. I just really wanna make sure I have all of it flowing smoothly and having it make sense.
