week 16

This week marked the end of our preparation for the PIT presentation on Saturday, the final day of presentations. Our group focused on debugging the system, as our main functionality was not yet finalized. Completing the necessary revisions during consultations was also a key priority.

While we may not be entirely sure of achieving 100%, we are confident that we did our best to develop this system. Challenges and lapses may arise, but we remain hopeful for what tomorrow will bring.

Week 15

This week marked our last class in the Software Design and Engineering course with Sir Carl. We started with a quiz , followed by a applications and importance for software engineers. The class ended with a group photo as we reflected on the journey. We expressed our gratitude to Sir Carl for his support, understanding, and guidance throughout the course, which provided us with valuable skills and knowledge for our future.

Week 14

This week, we had a quiz that assessed our understanding of key topics we recently studied. These included software reliability, which focuses on ensuring systems operate consistently without failure; quality management, aimed at maintaining high standards and continuous improvement in software development; ISO standards, which provide guidelines for efficient and compliant processes; and API fundamentals, which explain how software systems communicate and integrate. The quiz was a helpful way to reinforce our knowledge of these essential concepts in software development and management.

Week 13

This week, we had a detailed discussion about APIs with our professor, Sir Carl. He explained how APIs work, their importance in software development, and their role in enabling communication between systems. After the discussion, he gave us an activity to test our understanding of the concepts he taught.

PIT PRESENTATION

On this they we have to present our Web app and unfortunately we didn't finish it on time we need to make atleast 70% of the the web app but we only manage to finfish 40% it really is devastating but we really are having a hard time making our web app but our professor give us a chance to atleast add some progress to our back end by tomorrow.

We had a short discussion about what to expect in this subject . We also have to introduce ourselves, where we live and what our favorite song is . It's a very fun and wholesome first day.
