At some point when Ethan and MC moved together they would drive to work together. Usually it ended up with MC sleeping in car on the way to the hospital while Ethan listened to classical pieces on shuffle. At some point he had to make special morning playlist just so MC could sleep and not be woken up by Beethoven’s 9th symphony aka Ode to joy suddenly blasting from the speakers.

“I like to remind you that Beethoven was deaf when he created this. I’m not, Ethan, I have to listen to it instead of sleeping so either turn it off or I’ll be pissed off today” MC muttered trying to cover their ears to get five more minutes of sleep.

“Because it’s not like you’re pissed off every morning”

“It’s not my fault your music taste sucks” it was the statement that made him look straight into their eyes and turn the volume up.
