i got these tattoos yesterday (9/26/13). these are my second and third tattoos and the first time i had colour done. i was very nervous. i went to 51 tattoo in muskegon, michigan, and my artist was jimmy griswold. he is a very cool dude to work with and i highly recommend him to anyone interested in going to that shop. he is a cool guy to talk to and always does amazing work; i will definitely be going to him again in the future. you can check out 51 tattoo’s facebook page or their website and take a look.

as for a story behind these, there are a few. i’m currently going to college for a degree in astrophysics, and i’ve had a massive passion for astronomy for 10+ years. visually, neptune and jupiter have always been my favourite planets. i also have quite an attachment to my zodiac sign, pisces (while i don’t completely invest in all the beliefs of astrology i definitely think i’m quite the embodiment of my sign), and neptune and jupiter happen to be my ruling planets.
