Conceptualising some other finishes that could be applied to my design rather than a solid coloured base.

// Fine Detailing //
Brush Strip to hide all the internal components in a discreet way.
The chain rotates from underneath the brush.
All the customers will see is the chain pretending through the brush.

// Problem //
Although the Tablet / Digital Display was securely embedded in the CNC base it runs the risk of falling out.
To stop this I developed a tab system to avoid this ever happening.
The tabs spin around and jam the tablet in, I used ABS plastic as its flexible and lightweight.

// Product Testing // Pedal Levelling //
After considering using a teeth method to jam the stunt pegs on for pedal levelling, I considered a second method where I used cable ties to hod the stunt pegs in securely.
After testing it out, there was too much room and the stunt peg shook around. this is not satisfactory.
As well as this, the cable tie looks cheap and doesn't have the correct aesthetics lowering the whole look of the design.

Manufacturing Process: Hand Router
Using a hand router I routed a section out for the Digital Display charger to be attached whilst in use.

Manufacturing Process:
Using Grub screws I attached the aluminium arms securely to the headcase/bearing. this is a very secure method.
To do this i had to drill a 3.5mm hole for a 4mm screw thread, I then threaded the hole by hand so the grub screws would fit perfectly inside.
