Viola pouted suddenly, studying her figure in the standing mirror within her bedroom. Glancing towards Rothgar still resting on her bed, she swiveled her form to show off the swell of her stomach with child, blouse no longer to be buttoned over it. "Roth, it no longer fits." The young woman clearly in a state of shock and seeking help.

Rothgar stood up in worry, though seemed a bit more at ease when Viola explained the reason for her hysterics. Still, he would hug her close. “It w-won’t stay like this f-for long.” he promised, gently caressing her stomach and smiling brightly. “I p-promise.” The man would hold her like this till she felt better.

What does the word commitment mean to them?

For Rothgar, it is a pact that one should keep their word in. Whether it be something trivial or not, giving your word and committing to something means you need to put effort into whatever it is and don’t give up.

What is their New Year's resolution?

To take the year day by day and try to improve himself when it comes to his fire magic. He also wants to figure out what he wants to do with his life whether it be adventuring or working somewhere or just stay working at the clinic full time.

What was Rothgar like as a teenager?

Passionate and hopeful. He was the kind of child that would be wide eyed and stare at everything and anything to try and gain as much information as possible. He loved to play, run and be active so you could say he had a habit of staying out for long periods of time just playing and exploring. Young Rothgar also loved animals, so much so that he probably could have been a ranger if things were different.

If they had a choice, would they travel to the past? Or to the future?

Rothgar would like to travel to the future. He is curious to know his fate, what will happen and what may happen. He also wants to take action against any fates that my provide some sort of hurt or danger to himself. It may be selfish and unwise, but he still feels as if it would be necessary.

Describe a person they miss dearly but haven't reached out too in some time.

“My littlest sister. It has been some time since I last s-saw her and I...miss h-her greatly. She hasn’t w-written in a while and I am b-beginning to worry. S-She is no fighter and she c-can’t even hurt a f-fly.”

How did they spend last Wintersday? Did they enjoy themselves? Any interesting gifts they received?

Last Wintersday, after having been left my his fiance, the man spent his Wintersday with one of his sisters. At that moment he just needed some time with his family after everything that transpired. It wasn’t a fun Winterday and more of a grieving session than anything else. This is where he was given the sword that he now wields.

Viola was calm in the eye of the storm as she carried the young boy into an examination room at the clinic. Judging by the child's rosy complexion and shallow breaths, he most likely had a fever. "Rothgar, give me a hand?" Calling out into the hall for her colleague.

“C-Coming Vi!” Rothgar set aside the cleaning of white cloths so he could come to his colleague's aid. After a quick inspection, Rothy came to the same conclusion and Viola, noticing the child had a fever. “Let me get him an e-elixir for t-that and maybe some c-candy.” he smiled before leaving the room and returning with a lollipop and the elixir, one to help the child the other to cheer him up. She would notice how he smiled wistfully when he looked at the child before focusing on curing the poor boy.

What is his favorite spell to cast?

Rothgar loves to cast fireballs at his opponents or even use flames to cover his weapon up at the time. He tries to avoid using area of effect spells due to his fear of hitting friends and allies.

What is the first thing you notice about a person?

“P-Personality and how t-they act.” Rothgar shifted a bit from his position on the chair, wondering what this person would do with such information. “I just like to feel at e-ease with the person I am t-talking to so...uhm, yeah. If t-they are someone I can c-connect to I will talk more t-than usual.

"When did you learn to craft jewelry? Or how did you come across such a wonderful piece?" Viola touches upon the beautiful necklace he gave to her. "Is there any piece of jewelry you tend to enjoy wearing? Anything in particular you never leave home without?"

“M-More like had it made for y-you Vi. I am no c-craftsman.” he smiled though as he looked at the beautiful necklace that was on her neck, glowing a little in the brightness of the room. At her question, he immediately replied with a shake of his head, “Not really, I h-haven’t really been given anything like t-that so, I don’t. I never leave h-home without my sword and some letters from my s-sisters.”
