aaron tveit soraya stage concert setlist so funny to me personally for two reasons. number one him singing johanna (anthony's version) after everyone was like "well he can't do SWEENEY but he'd be a good anthony" at this 40-year-old man and right after a very excellent 12 weeks of proving those people wrong he's like ACTUALLY i can do both and what about it. number two is him doing immense justice to the movie version of roxanne without breaking a sweat practically in his sleep after doing his roxanne and then doing his much more difficult version of that verse immediately after with the opt up again and even then barely breaking a sweat. like i know he doesn't care but for me having to see "well ewan does it better" in the comments every time i bless myself with a clip of aaron's roxanne it was very funny to me. personally.

aaron singing epiphany a tiny little half step higher and making everyone so mad is funny. like imagine if he declared a war on tenors whenever another christian had to lower the key to sing roxanne

sorry got busy w work and this blog died again but will be revived when i see aaron tveit sweeney todd (sweeron? aaroney?) in may exactly 2 years from the day i saw him in MR for the first time and all the haters can be mad about it. yeah he's King Tenor and he will steal any role he likes from baritones he is simply permitted by god to do that for any 12 week duration he chooses. he played traditionally baritone/baritenor enjolras with his high lyric light angelic tenor and defined a generation let him cook okay
