Duplication
Duplication can be a very powerful way to grow your organization very quickly. But before you run over to your team to teach them how to duplicate what you are doing, make sure you are a good copy to duplicate.
Ask yourself what would your team look like if everyone on your team did what you did every day! How much money would you make?
The Good News is you don’t have to sponsor the world if you simply know how to duplicate.
Let’s say you want to recruit 1000 people into your organization.
If you recruit one person a month it would take you approximately 83 years to have a 1000 person organization. What if you sponsored 1 person per week? Then it would only take you about 20 years to have a 1000 person organization.
But what if you taught every new partner that you sponsor to go out and immediately sponsor a new partner and then have that newest partner do the same. If you only sponsored one person a month and everyone on your team did the same within one year you could have 4096 people in your organization within one year!!
What if you did the Monat Math here? Which is adding 3 partners a month. If you consistently added 3 new partners a month and taught your team to do the same you would have 531,441 partners in your organization within one year!
Set that expectation, set that habit. You won’t be disappointed even if not everyone hits their goal every single month!
