That's what were here to find out. Welcome to the best animated villian tournament.

Wether they're Princess Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender or Obito Uchiha from Naruto any villian is acceptable so long as they're animated.

Rules

One. Must be an actual animated villian. Western animation, Eastern animation doesn't matter.

Two. Only those from shows, web series and movies. Anything else must be run by me first

Three. Keep it civil. No fighting over something that in the long run doesn't matter. This is supposed to be just for fun.
