“The pancakes look fluffy.”

Bucky smiled at her, realizing his stealth mode worked a little too well. Though it was unintentional as he couldn’t help it as he was trained to use stealth mode.

Bucky soon entered the kitchen to help set the table like a gentleman. As he was setting the table, his mind went to Delfia.

There was something about her he couldn’t figure out yet, but she intrigued him.

Bucky quickly got ready in another room and made sure his left metal arm didn’t make any annoying squeaking sounds, knowing it would be a dead give away should he be in stealth mode.

Bucky nodded, recalling his favorite breakfast foods. “Pancakes with some syrup.”

Having real food in the Avengers Tower felt more at home than eating boring, bland food from HYDRA. Just thinking about his past suffering from HYDRA made him sick inside. He knew he was with the Avengers now, and he knew he need to re-adjust.
