It fills me with such pride and joy to announce that my version of Speak Now will be out July 7 (just in time for July 9th, iykyk 😆) I first made Speak Now, completely self-written, between the ages of 18 and 20. The songs that came from this time in my life were marked by their brutal honesty, unfiltered diaristic confessions and wild wistfulness. I love this album because it tells a tale of growing up, flailing, flying and crashing… and living to speak about it. With six extra songs I’ve sprung loose from the vault, I absolutely cannot wait to celebrate Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) with you on July 7th. Pre-order now at http://taylor.lnk.to/SpeakNowTaylorsVersion 💜💜💜

The Eras Tour ✨
After canceling Lover Fest due to the pandemic, Taylor has waited almost 5 years to go on tour! Due to how long it's been and how much attention she's garnered in the last few years, specifically from her quarantine albums Folklore and Evermore it is not surprising this tour sold out in mere minutes during the great Ticketmaster debacle of 2022. Taylor recently released an album, Midnights, however due to the fact that she wasn't able to tour for her past 3 albums, she decided to make the tour “a journey through her musical eras” rather than a focus on her most recent album. Taylor announced United States 52 stadium tour dates ranging from March to August. Her openers include Paramore, Gayle, Haim, Phoebe Bridgers, Bebadoobe, Girl in Red, Muna, Gracie Abrams and Owenn. There was a Ticketmaster presale for “verified fans” that ended up going south; all tickets not just presale tickets were sold so there wasn't able to be a normal sale to the general public. In addition, Ticketmaster did not have the volume to support the amount of people attempting to get into the site and ended up crashing many times for all fans. It was truly a bloodbath and many people deserving of tickets were not able to get them. Older fans found this extremely frustrating, noting that many young children that got tickets were not even alive for multiple of the Eras. This is not surprising though, as Taylor has always had a very young demographic. The majority of people you will find at a Taylor Swift concert will be young ladies, typically in attendance with their fathers. Speaking from experience, Taylor’s shows are quite literally epic typically involving multiple stages and flies around the stadium on a wire. The sweet singer also always thanks her fans for choosing to spend the evening with her. It's an incredible, emotional experience that makes us all happy, free, confused and absolutely NOT lonely.
