Sorry anon I accidentally deleted your ask in which you asked about my workout routine. I do not have any workout routine. The only consistent exercise I do is running 2 miles and doing 40 pushups and pull ups slowly with a perfect form everyday. I also workout only 3 to 4 times a week because of my job. When I was in school and doing mbbs then I would workout daily along with MMA training. But nowadays it is not possible for me to workout daily. Also once a week I deadlift 55 kg. And I randomly do a handstand or splits when I am home 😅
