the flowers the kukugumi are holding in the cover of the Revue Starlight 9 Stories Anthology are the same flowers in the Rondo Rondo Rondo poster, and have also been the same flowers used in the STARLIGHT Theater's album inside alt cover (EDIT: which ive now found with the help of @/itsiv_ on twttr thank u so very much!!)
which are, namely:
Maya: Rosa indica
Hikari: Rosa inermis
Mahiru: Rosa pomponia
Karen: Rosa gallica aurenlianensis
Nana: Rosa alba regalis
Junna: Rosa mollissima
Futaba: Rosa centifolia anemonoide
Kaoruko: Rosa pumila
Claudine: Rosa indica cruenta
the flowers are from Pierre-Joseph Redouté's book "Les Roses" (recolored) and, as for the flower meanings..
OKAY BUT FIRST: starlight theater released on march 2018 so kinda do take this with a grain of salt these notes are so so sooo old and also incomplete (rip)
Rosa Indica: Admiration, Gentleness, Elegance, Sweetness, but also Perfection and Reverence
Rosa indica cruenta: Desire, Enthusiam, Passion, could be used to indicate the want to turn a friendship into something more romantic
Rosa inermis: the Enigmatic, Impossible, Unattainable. also meant to express tender emotion, hidden depth, and secrets
Rosa gallica aurelianensis: Love, Respect, Passion, Courage
Rosa alba regalis: traditionally yellow roses are meant for Friendship. can also mean the want to start over and leave the past behind. originally meant to signify Jealousy and Betrayal though
Rosa centifolia anemonoide: Eternal Love, but also unachievable things and new beginnings

Hi, I saw you mentioning the "OshiSutas" a couple of times and I was wondering what those are?
OshiSuta (おしスタ) a.k.a. Oshiete! Sutaaraito Gekijou! (Tell us! Starlight Theater!) was a fun lil series done by Kinema Citrus and the revue starlight production team where they talked abt the show - production stories, techniques used, designs, background lore, etc etc etc
they started p much started it when revstar did its very First re-airing and every week kinema citrus tweeted trivia and background production stuff to go with the episodes, then they expanded it to include talking about the movies as well (its completed now and i miss them every time i remember 😔)
anyways oshisutas is treasure trove of soooooooo SO much information, like. they straight up gave character sheets, even for super minor characters! how cool is that??
look at tani-sensei's sketches fleshing out hikaren's childhood!!
we even have design notes for their rooms!!!! heres a portion of junna's (also. it was either Here or through a livestream doing an oshisuta where they revealed junna's arrow fishy imagery, i dont remember which one it exactly was)
they gave us production notes!!! designs!!!! directors memos!!! hikari will be baked soon alhamdulillah monolith!!!
((also very important distinction to make tho in case u decide to try looking them up: u may run into sheets that look like storyboards but they are Not storyboards btw! its a common mistake that toppy-san straightup comments on, a lot of them are just memos and are not 'deleted scenes'))
heres an oshisuta amemiya just because i love her
anyways did u know when koide-san gets stuck, he just starts making giant things appear?
unrelatedly, hey have u seen this gigantic eva mahiru head from the memos i think its very funny :)
wahoo!
in conclusion: OshiSutas my Beloved <3

skimming some interviews and i still really like this particular comment from toppy-san, its good advice:
"I think it's important to cherish the original experience. To not doubt one's own feelings of liking what one likes, I think."
