Hey remember when I used to paint, man it’s been a while. So I have been observing with making aroace things for about the last week. I scream, you scream, we all scream for ace representation in media. Ya know you don’t just decide one day that you are ace, no I didn’t wake up one morning and say ya know sex, I don’t want that. No it’s more that no one really knows that asexuality exist and one of the main reasons is the lack of representation in media. I as an ace didn’t know that asexuality was a thing and the second I heard of it I’m like ya know I think that’s me. Still I have never heard of asexuality before 4 months ago, I didn’t even realize sex was such a big thing for people. Ace representation is needed because very often ace individuals don’t realize they are ace. Also having representation normalizes being ace and makes it easier to everyone in general. Hello people of the internet. I am Becka and I identify as aromantic asexual or aroace for short. I have been saying I was ace for about 4 months and aro for a little more than 2. Feel free to ask any questions and I will attempt to answer them but I am no expert in the topic. ITS THAT TIME OF YEAR. This year I changed it up a bit by making a shoppe and by god it turned out so sweet. It’s a gingerbread shoppe run by gingerbread men that sells gingerbread. Do not ask where they get the gingerbread. Let’s say it’s not the most legal in the gingerbread world. Teufel Xiaolong, the main character of Welcome to demon school. I’m kidding, but I really like the concept of the Iruma-kun spin off “We are the Main Characters of the Demon World”. There are a lot of side characters in Iruma-kun, and a lot of them seem interesting. This spin off explores on of these characters who is the main character of his own story. Only 6 chapters have been translated, but it is a fun read that I recommend to anyone that likes Iruma-kun. Obviously it’s very early in the story so I can’t give it solid rating, but this determined demon deserves some attention. On the art aspect, I really like this character design and it motivated me to draw something and finish for the first time in a month. I think the best part about this current arc is the focus on the entire abnormal class. Each one of them is interesting and they all are pretty abnormal. It’s great to see all they’d characters fleshed out. I was very unsure of what to think about Lied before this arc, he seemed very background characters, but like he a gamer and I respect that; plus his magic is cool. I also can’t wait for this arc to be animated, there are so many cool action scenes so far, though I don’t think it would be part of season 2, because there is so many things to cover that I also want to see animated. Hey! I’m not dead, and guess what I am back with Iruma-kun, no surprise there. I did post 2 things last week but they were some quick sketches and no something I spent a lot of time on. But now I am in a full water color mood. I honestly feel like I am improving a lot and I can see that in this drawing. Speaking of the drawing, this is a coloring of one of the panels from the most recent translated chapter (133). I have to say I love how confident Iruma is becoming in his abilities and his aspirations. 3rd watercolor post in a row, I tried a self portrait this time of the picture I posted on my story last night. I’m starting to get that hang of using this medium. I really like how my pajamas turned out, the fabric while not perfect does look fairly realistic. Also I know I was reading One Piece in the original photo but felt that the detail in the book was too much.
