    " Oh? " She was brash - Rubedo would give her that but recon meant not bringing the fight to her enemies - so this one would live for now. In that scarlet gaze, there was a tense feeling - like a god looking down at something unpleasant. Regardless though, her smile remained the same - ever poised. " I am new here, so you could say I'm taking in the surroundings~ " Came her simple answer - not seeing a need to lead on more than that.

    " But you... you smell funny to me... " Hummed the sweet monster. " Like a mixture of old blood from dozens of people. " Her tone wasn't threatening in the least, merely lowering it so it would be for the other's ears only.

    " Hehe~ But then again, a pretty woman like you doesn't drink blood, right~? "

"you have a brain, can't you learn manners?" she retorted, before giving a shrug. the words had tumbled from her mouth before she had thought about them. a soft huff of air escaped as she sighed, though hana managed to hide most of her exasperation.

her eyes flickered over the form before her, uncertain for once. she always stated that she hated to be BORED and loved the unknown. this being was an unknown quantity for sure. but hana was hesitant to get involved - it wasn't a nice feeling.

"do you have a plan? is your intention to stand here all day? if you're on the lookout there are far better places than this, and standing about only makes you... well, STAND OUT. plain as day. people will be speaking yo you non-stop." hana wasn't trying to be helpful or kind or provide advice. she was merely curious as to why this being was just standing amongst a crowd, looking around. was it hunting for prey? ....hm, no, probably not.

    Scouting new areas was a must - especially since she had been so graced by her sister to join the recon team. The monster stood there amongst the crowd, humming softly to herself as she let her scarlet eyes wander from form to form.

    That was until a little spark crossed her path. Rubedo could admit they were pretty - but obviously a lower lifeform compared to her beautiful self - created by the almighty Supreme Beings.

    " You have legs~ " The ebony-haired monster pointed out, glancing at the other up and down. " Can't you walk around me~? "

hana was torn between a sudden overwhelming greed and a feeling of absolute disgust. there was just so much POWER coming from somewhere. it was just this strange sense. she didn't care about the outward appearance of this thing before her (hell, she hardly ever cared about what the outside was like, nearly every living thing but her and her race grew OLD anyways). the outward appearance was nothing compared to this sense of power emanating. or was it dread. maybe it was just the unknown, maybe she knew nothing.

all hana really knew was that this thing did not appear human. and though it was hypocritical of her, hana thought that was quite abhorrent.

"i'm in rather a rush and you appear to be in my way. i'm hungry and want some food." whether it be warm blooded, or a nice dessert with a strong cup of tea. either way, she needed sustenance, now.

"i don't want to stand and BICKER so don't you mind just moving out my way?"

    Rubedo is warm, smelling of spiced cookies and sweet tea - the monster gently stroked his cheeks before pressing a scarlet-lipped kiss to his brow.

    " Your expressions are too cute~ " She mused sweetly as lips ghosted from his brow to press against his cheek instead.

    ❝ . . . ! ! ❞ He almost flinches at the sudden closeness between them, but showed no sign of moving away. In fact, he seemed to lean closer and incline his head towards her warm bosom. 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐬.

    Was he really worthy of being this intimate with his one and only light in this world ? She's simply too perfect. He couldn't possibly dare touch her so freely and indulge in selfish desires. Yet, his lips moved on their own before he even realized what was coming out. ❝ 𝑺𝒊, 𝒎𝒂𝒎𝒊- ❞ When you weren't expecting Spanish, so your brain stops translating. ❝ 𝑰. . . 𝑰 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏. . . 𝑰𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕. . . ❞

    " Your insides smell like a corpse with new blood - metallic almost. " She notes, sniffing the air before cocking her head to the side. Rubedo blinked innocently, curious of what this boy was in front of her-

    " Hehe~ You'd fit right in where I'm from~ It's too bad though, I don't think my sister would allow you in~ "

"pft, what's up with that?" he responds; an attempt to play dumb. okay, so she's possibly able to sniff that he's chainsaw man. denji would reveal his identity no problem if it means getting a girlfriend, but he'll see how this plays out first. "are ya' trying to tell me i stink or something? i bathed today!!"

    " You're so quick~ " The raven-haired monster cooed, hugging him close to her chest - smothering him almost with her steel-like grip. " Do you want kisses~ ? "

    Immediately, Luz makes a beeline out from behind the doorframe as he happily bounds his way towards her and kneels. 𝐏𝐥𝐨𝐩 !   His   chin  is  resting  against  her  open  palm; blinking wide eyes up at her. If you look close enough, a small pink heart can be seen in both his pupils. ❝ 𝑫𝒊𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒎𝒆 ? ❞

    Her smile beamed brightly, a giggle fluttering past scarlet lips. " That's a funny way of talking~ " She hummed sweetly - scarlet hues taking in eyefuls of him.

    " I could just smother you with love~ "

    You hear that phone dialing a long tone ? 𝐘𝐞𝐚 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭❜𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞. AT SOME POINT, he shows signs of life and responds nonchalantly; still wearing the same smile that seems to be frozen in time. The guy still hasn't blinked either. ❝ 𝑵𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖. ❞

    " Well, you seem to be wandering around listlessly. " She pointed out with a giggle, cocking her head in question. Rubedo's deep ruby eyes narrowed with curiosity. " You don't smell human either- "

it takes denji a moment before snapping out of his daze. he takes his hands out of his pockets, "huh? oh. heyyy," as usual, he's distracted by a pretty girl before him. "i guess, do i look confused or something??"

    " Are you lost~? " Cooed the dark-haired woman, her smile sweet. " You don't look like you're from here at all, that's for sure~ "

    Rubedo was one of the last people to know her Lord had changed his name from Momonga - so at times, she'll slip up if comfortable with the person.
