When crafitng my advertisment, I wanted to create something which held similar components to the spreads/print ads. Using similar tones, colour, features and ideas. To produce two advertorials of different manners that could go hand in hand.

Advertorial spreads for FONT ‘Cetar.’
When developing my advetorial spread for ‘Cetar’ (as a typeface) while holding my target market in mind. I opted for designer spreads to be used in magazines along the likes of modern, buisness, current events and arhieticual ideas (as well as lit up billboards) I opted for these advertorials as they are most likely what my target market would reach for or see in their day to day lives. Sophisticated innovators, along the likes of city goers, who are on the run, picking up the latest magazines to keep up to date with current events and trends. In terms of design, I went for clean cut, minimilistic, to the point design to reach these innovators. Simplistic with little noise, centering the point of focus on what is being advertised (ie. the font) With use of cool tones, it creates a calm and soothing effect, relaxed and refreshing to the pallet. Modern innovators would be more likely to look over a sophisticated, modern upper class advertorial spread. With soothing complementry colours, holding flow and clear signifiers, rather than bold designs, holding contrasting colours and bolshie features.
